I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coco Villa, and I must say that it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. This is an old style villa complex with each villa having its own yard. (Some have their own pool or multiple bedrooms). Our room had the bedroom upstairs and a living room and bathroom downstairs. The room was comfortable and the shared pool was refreshing each day. The location is very good being walking distance to Seminyak Beach and the lively shopping and eating locations in the area.

Unfortunately our villa was extremely close to extensive building works being conducted at a neighboring property and noise was a concern on many occasions. We were not notified of this when booking. One had an extensive wait each morning for the hot water in our shower to come through - 3 - 5 minutes normally.

Great location near Double Six beach. Walking distance to neaby shops, eateries, and bars. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The Villa itself is a great place for holiday with open concept overlooking the pool.

The floor in the room may get wet in the rainy season despite being dried up. Mosquitoes is another thing that you may expect. Anyway, that's a tropical holiday, isn't it? We managed by getting repellent, which was also provided by Villa's management. If there's one thing that can be improved, it is the bedding, including pillow and bed linen. It's high time for replacement for customers' comfort. Another thing to be aware of is the sound echo. You may need to control your volume while talking or even playing music. Somehow, the echo in the Villa and neighbouring unit is laudable. Overall, it's a great stay

We stayed at a Garden Villa. The property is little old but well maintained. The beach is 5-7 mins walk from the property. Pool at the property is open 24*7 and they also have a pool bar which is open from 8am to 9pm. They don't have a in-house restaurant so the breakfast is served in your villa (or they can arrange it by the pool) at a time of your choosing until 12 noon. Breakfast options are good but limited. There are many restaurants nearby, hardly 2-3 mins walk. There are also bike renting shops, souvenir shops and tour & travel shops nearby, all within 2-3 mins of walking distance. The staff was courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Looking to ditch normal hotels and try some different kind of stay in Bali, you can definitely give this property a try.

The back exit of the property which opens closer to the beach is not very well lit at night. You need to use your mobile flashlight if you want to access the beach through the back exit.

The villa was beautiful and just off the street buzzing with activity while set in a serene setting. The staff here are wonderful and so so accommodating, especially spraying mosquitoes and they also allowed us a late check out which was so lovely. We did have an encounter with a Jenis Musang, a small cat like creature who was walking around our roof at night. Infairness, security were very diligent in diagnosing the issue and assured us we were safe. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Fabulous place to stay, a quiet oasis in the hustle & bustle of Seminyak . Lots of space in a 2 story villa. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, staff come and do a turn down service every evening. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning, good choice. Quiet pool area, beautiful gardens. Easy access to the beach through the rear of the complex. Cannot rate this place highly enough, will recommend. Ideal for solo travellers.

The foyer/ reception area could be made to look a little more attractive with plants etc but there were a few renovations going on during my stay.

Very unique place with a super cool layout in a great location. There is tons of privacy but also a really beautiful outdoor space in each private bungalow. The pool was also super cool. Very lovely spot. We will be going again.

There were definitely a lot of mosquitoes, but the property sprays for them daily and provides bug spray. And you can easily escape them by going into the room.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was always attended to and every detail taken care of. The grounds were immaculate. I do appreciate the care taken with mosquitoes and the Bottled water.

We had an issue a quite few times with our safe not unlocking. It was always attended to and resolved very quickly. Just a bit disconcerting that it happened at all - and then multiple times

Spacious room, super comfy bed, nice outdoor area with fan! The aircon is freeeezing in the room (night time), but helps in the daytime haha! They have 2 shower area - indoor & outdoor. Breakfast was alright~ Pool was nice. Overall it's amazing! Love it here! Receptionist was friendly too! Matur suksma~ will definitely come back!

Back street - you will need to walk through the alley from main road. But we had a driver so it's fine. The bathtub got choked (outdoor area). Mozzies! But they provide the mosquito coils - so it's fine. For families with kids, I suggest to have those mozzy patches - which helps since you're in Bali! Coz they don't sell it here or mayb they do, but I can't find any.

The reception team Tini, Wyan and Anton were very helpful and considerate They went out of their way to help. Even the security team at midnight helped us secure a meal after a very late check-in. Pool clean Beds comfortable Kitchen adequate facilities Close walk to restaurants and beach

Our circumstances were that my mother couldn't walk well or far. Unfortunately our room was too far to walk properly for her. But that is nothing really wrong with the hotel, just mentioning it in case other elderly people who have mobility issues are looking. Request a room close to reception
