The complimentary traditional costume was a good experience for the tourists. And it’s all free. Thanks for the reception staffs and the girl who was assigned. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and beach. Close to airport. The extra king bed for the couple was a plus. Thanks for granting the request.

The handle of the kettle gets too hot. And only 2 pillows for 2 people. But luckily, we request for another one for free.

The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much effort. Always making sure we were ok.

The room was a little small with no hanging / Wardrobe area. But if only staying a few days this is fine.

The rooms were clean and well furnished The air conditioner was powerful and kept us cool throughout the nights The TV had many channels from across the world plus cartoons to keep children entertained The staff were polite, helpful and fluent in English - they were able to arrange plain porridge for us at night when we were recovering from stomach aches.

The wi-fi will periodically cut out and we had to rely on our phone data The partnership with the beach club allowing free entry was cancelled by the beach club after we made the booking, but the hotel acknowledged our frustrations and gave us complimentary beers which I appreciated.

The staff were absolutely lovely, nothing bad to say about our stay. My partner got bali belly and staff brung up tea to settle his stomach, they even allowed us to stay an additional 6 hours for our late and went through all the stress to find us another room in the hotel because our room was going to be booked out. The food is absolutely devine and so is the breakfast. Happy hour was a hit for us and you get such a bang for your buck with the buy one get 1 free and they taste amazing! The hotel is also extremely family friendly and quite at night time we did not get disturbed once.

Beautiful reception, dinging room and pool area. Landscaping around pool and bar seating etc was very well designed . Happy Hour cocktails exceptional quality. Staff were amazing and caring for every extra need. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom. Updated and attractive . Aircon to ironing worked well. Staff attended to any maintenance or extra needs promptly. Breakfast and other meals were of great quality.

More shelves needed in room cupboard. Upper deck spa didn’t always work.

Breakfast was superb/Hotel handy location ..... big buffet/lots to choose from .... value for money $$$ .... prices are very reasonable .... you won't go hungry .... Hotel location : main street action less than a 1 minute from the door. If you like shopping for : Clothes, Artefacts, Souvenirs, Restaurants or Massage parlours ..... all within reach ..... plenty to see and do ( knock yourself out ) .... Hotel staff very attentive, eager to help ..... well mannered friendly, happy and polite .... The rooms are very clean + serviced daily ( beds made + fresh bottles of water ) .... My stay was very pleasurable .... Very handy place to stay .... I enjoyed the experience .... Bye for now Eddy ....

The location of the property was excellent. Enjoyed our stay at Horison.

Buffet Breakfast was average.

I had a lovely stay. My room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect, in the middle of the action but away from the main road. I walked to the beach easily. Lots and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The main pool area is OK. Nice enough. Just know that its right in front of the restaurant so everyone can see you and foot traffic is high. If you plan to have leisurely days by the pool, this might not be for you. The rooftop however was very good and relaxing

Good location and opposite to the street of many cheap message and laundry. Quit street. Close walk to Seminyak beach. Staff was very helpful and assisted me with all my questions and enquires with always having a smile. Jacuzzi on the top level is very good and not busy since requiring stairs and not much signs pointing to it. Stayed here with my mother and they were very accommodating on giving us 2 single beds instead of 1. They even changed white bed sheets to black due my mother dying her hair recently to not stain the sheets.

Common main pool is near reception, hotel restaurant and hotel entry so not much relaxation or privacy.

Staff were nice and friendly, came in 1 hour earlier than the check in time so we had to wait until our room was cleaned, we got checked in the room after 20min which was fantastic. Pool was great, there are small spray nozzle you can use to wash off the sand if you do decide to visit the beach which is only about 10-12min walk. Location of the hotel are close to amenities, lots of good food from affordable to high end. The room was clean and appropriately sized for my family of 3. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Seminyak.
