Near new, comfortable and clean, excellent staff and great location close to the beach and restaurants.

Considering the quality of the hotel this was excellent value for money, however, the relatively low cost seemed to attract family groups who we would prefer not to holiday with. The mullet and Bintang-singlet wearing loud Aussies who like yelling and doing bombies in the pool, and who reserve their sun beds for hours while they’re out replenishing there cheap beer supplies at the closest circle K would be better housed at the Jayakarta or Melasti where they belong. I’d rather pay extra and have a relaxing holiday away from these ferals…..

The staff were lovely and very friendly. It was our 50 th wedding anniversary so was disappointed that we were overlooking construction for first 5 days.

We were put out the back of the hotel and there is construction next door ( day and night working ) so could not access the balcony so we up graded ( and had to pay) for last 4 nights on the pool side with a balcony ! I wondered if we got the back of the hotel because it was a Luxury Escape deal 😟

Unfortunately some guests appears to be above the rules set by your management regarding use of chairs around the pool, leaving the towels and disappearing for hours Tougher rules should be in place let's say after 1 hr towels should be removed so people that I genuinely keen to use are allowed

The location was excellent. The hotel was modern and vey well presented. The room was a great size, we loved the bathroom and the usb connection for chargers. The pool view was excellent was used the balcony every morning. The adult pool area was very comfortable.

It was very difficult to get pool beds beside the pool. People would drop. towels on the beds early morning and leave them there all day even though they would leave the resort. Very unfair procedure. There should be a time limit on reserving beds. The room service food was not of a high quality, even local dishes. We did not eat at the restaurant at all.

At breakfast there were very few choices for vegetarians. The vegetarian food prepared on special request was not good even though they tried their best.

Beautiful hotel built in an awful location, beach & shanty beach bars intimidating, outside hotel Definitely doesn’t feel safe in the evenings!!

The staff were phenomenal, taking my young daughter (2.5yrs old) to look at the fish and feed them. The breakfast could not have been any more varied and I loved the local food in the morning. The pools were amazing and they converted our twin into a double for us which made it extra large and our daughter could sometimes share. Facilities were great!

I booked as I saw a kids club from 1-3 years however I looked through quite a bit and nowhere did it say that they couldn’t be left at kids club. A lot of hotels in Bali let the kids club supervise the children but they are all 3 years and older so I booked this hotel for that reason. The kids club was great though but for a Nanny I would look up Feb-Lous, most of them have worked in the hotel before and they are amazing. All spa treatments were Australian prices so I would recommend going outside.

Good location close to shops and the beach, also plenty of restaurants and massage places on the same street. Staff were all very friendly. Staff were helpful in sending up a doctor when we had Bali belly. Cost almost $1k aud but luckily we had travel insurance.

Room service menu was limited and pretty average. Cocktails didn’t taste very nice, just very strong arak taste. Unable to connect the chromecast to wifi due to the format of the login. Couldn’t get a pool chair before 3 or 4pm because they were always full, and often people just left towels on them but the staff weren’t monitoring so they would just stay there and no one could use the chairs as not knowing if someone was coming back to them or not.

the rooms are in high rise blocks surrounding the pool area It was very comfortable good towels and no serious complaints we were given fruits and a sweets plate on the night we arrived so a nice touch. Your very close to the beach, and walking path along it, numerous shops, mini marts and restaurants are just outside the door. The pool area is a little strange, a deep much colder pool surrounds a shallower one which was a lot warmer, a kids pool and play area are separate. Not always sun lounges available, around the pool a few sun lounge bean bags are on a grassed area, these were only used when all other chairs were full so changing these to lounges might be an idea The breakfast was extremely good, catering for all nationalities and plentiful, with various stalls cooking different items, also espresso coffee was made for you and delivered to the table.

The walls are a bit thin and we could here the noisy family next door. Apart from that it's a good choice if your looking to stay in the area.
