The villas were exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Location to Legian and Kuta was great. We had a scooter, so getting around was easy for us. Access was off the street and no noise from the street or other places could be heard. Bed was super comfy. Shower and bath facilities in the room was divine. Loved the outdoor shower! Villa was close to "The Flash Gym" which is $10 per day, per visit. Very easy to walk to and great equipment. We got tattoos during our visit and housekeeping put sheets and towels in our rooms that we could get ink on at no cost, this was also a great idea. Just ask reception to arrange this for you when required.

Only downside were the doors to access the rooms and the bathroom. Poor quality, loud when closing and hard to lock and unlock. Could be easily fixed.

The food was amazing. I loved the french toast for breakfast. The coffee's not so great, but I just drank tea and went across the road for a coffee later. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make your stay great.

Only the coffee. Perhaps ensure that the guest shampoos, conditioners, moisturizers etc are all full on arrival.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. The Villa was well presented, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping attended every day and changed the towels. Room service from the Cafe/Restaurant located onsite was 10/10. Didn’t have to wait long after ordering for it to arrive at the Villa. When dinning in at the Cafe/Restaurant service was great, food was prepared fresh and well presented with friendly staff. The only thing I could recommend, would be to have a cleaning cloth in the room so guests can wipe down the bench and sink area, however this is so minor and not a negative just a suggestion. Overall the Villa and property was wonderful and what you see in the photos online is what you get. Location is great and close to everything but you don’t hear the traffic. The Villa set up is beautiful, lovely staff and the cost and friendliness of the room service was phenomenal. Fantastic location and very comfortable stay.

Our villa on our 4th night had some electrical issues at around 10pm, they sent in a maintenance person who very clearly had no idea what he was doing (at one point put a fork into a electrical socket) one of the bedrooms had something sparking. We just stood around for almost an hour late at night while they tried to fix it, they only moved us to a different villa after we went up and requested it at reception. Everyone was extremely lovely and helpful but it could have been handled better. In addition some of the towels and bed sheets weren’t that clean with some marks and stains on them. I saw the clean laundry being delivered so it is likely an issue with their supplier rather than the hotel themselves.

The Villa was absolutely beautiful, staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, they would not let you walk past the reception without greeting you and having a chat. The rooms were extremely clean and housekeepers had a great attention to detail. Even though there was no microwave in the room, the kitchen staff were happy to reheat food for us and deliver back to the room.

They didn’t have a huge selection of breakfast foods. Even though breakfast was included, we still ate else where most days.

I had airport pickup arranged ahead. Denny was such a pleasure to meet; he messaged me before I landed and it was easy to find him at the airport out of millions of different signs there. Thank you Denny for making the pickup process so easy. Love your big smile, even when we were stuck in heavy traffic :) My friend and I also very much enjoyed the tour we booked with Abia with Cok Bagus. We particularly wanted to see a few things from the tour to Ubud and surroundings, and Cok helped us realise that - thanks a lot for everything Cok! It was such a fun day spent with you. During our stay, we booked a spa and unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute since we were so late due to unpredictable traffic in Bali. The girls and all staff were very kind to accommodate us for a shower before we headed for airport. We very much appreciate that and will definitely come back!

10/10 Villa The staff are incredible super friendly and helpful always smiling and greeting you! They organised a bike for our trip which was super handy and picked us up and took us back to the airport. Villa is just beautiful and great location very central to everywhere we like to eat and drink / shop. Breakfast included in the stay plus free of charge afternoon tea. Pool table in the lobby was fun for a couple games of pool late in the night

The staff were so friendly even came to Villa with cake to celebrate my husbands birthday so thoughtful. Breakfast had great selections delivered to the Villa. Staff came every evening to light mosquito coils which was a nice touch. Clean and privacy was respected. Comfortable bed and loved and having a bath outside was a bonus as it was rainy season.

We stayed in a two bedroom Villa and it was just delightful. As you walk through the door you enter the outside area with pool, tea and coffee making facilities, dining table and fridge. There is also a couch and TV area, all undercover. The pool was really clean and the hotel had organised a pool fence to be put up for us which really gave me peace of mind with my little toddler. The two rooms had sliding doors which opened out into the pool area. The rooms were very spacious and the large bed was soooo comfortable! Each room also had its own bathroom with separate bath and an open roof shower which was really refreshing in the evening after a hot day. I also had a couple of super relaxing bubble baths. Bathroom products (shampoo / conditioner / shower gel etc) we're provided. Each day four bottles of water were placed in the kitchen area and two more in each bathroom. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day which was so nice to come back to after busy days out. Most of all the staff were just delightful! They were all so friendly and welcoming, and if we ever needed anything we just had to ask and they went out of their way to help us out, including organising for us to rent a stroller for our toddler which was brought to the hotel for us to use while we were there. The location is great with lots of shopping nearby, cafes and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach.

Absolutely stunning Villa! It’s outdoor living areas and bathroom wasn’t something I’d usually book but I was so impressed by Quilty of the Villa and how beautiful it was. Staff came every evening to burn mosquitoes coils, we didn’t have an issue with mosquitoes at all. The bed was very comfortable. The staff we lovely and for my birthday they helped my partner surprise me by doing up the room with balloons flowers, a cake and of course towel characters this was for my 30th birthday and I felt so special.

The only thing I didn’t like was having the lose pebbles around the shower for elderly people, people with mobility issues or people with disabilities this could would be dangerous. Another huge stone slab next to the shower to step out on would be all it needs to make it safer.
