Kids loved the pool. Was awesome being able to bring our dog on holiday with us. 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family of 5, was clean and well equipped. Great outdoor areas and handy location. Friendly owners. Would happily stay again.

Unit was dated but clean and perfectly fine for our needs. We did knock our heads on the microwave a few times so not sure if it could be moved somewhere else in the kitchen.

Very handy location. Cosy and excellent heating in living area. Full range of facilities in the unit. Excellent value for money!! Great to have a sofa to sit on.

The ground to drive on the last bit of the way to our unit and the parking outside the unit would benefit from having gravel put on it. The light wasn't going in the toilet but the light from the shower shone over the partition so that was okay. Would be useful if there was a heater in the bedroom/bathroom area.

We were very pleased we could bring our little dog with us, we were upgraded to a bigger 2 bedroom unit which made it more enjoyable,and when I asked if we could have a later checkout in the morning that was also able to be achieved as well.The nice lady was very friendly and accomodating🙂

I really couldn't fault our stay, was very roomy and even though the rooms were an older style was very clean and nice roomy space which was great after travelling a distance that morning🙂👌🏻

The unit was spacious and comfortable for our needs. We were travelling with a car, trailer and motorbikes so the owner rearranged units to give us under cover protection and great parking which was much appreciated. It was a little dated but clean and tidy with everything we needed. Condition reflected in the price.

Gardens have not been kept up to standard of the pictures, but still and nice space outside.

There were several aspects that I really appreciated. I loved that the grounds were so sweeping and spacious and at a good distance from the road and traffic noise; Michelle, the proprietor, was a pleasure to meet, warm, concerned and professional; and the motel room itself was exactly what I needed. It was spacious, well heated and the bed was extremely comfy.

What I didn't like was that I was unable to stay longer. This was due to my own commitments and no reflection on the Cromwell Motel. Another week would have been really good.

Nice sunshine on the deck and into the room. It was so nice to sit on the deck almost till the sunset. The bed was very comfortable. Nice and firm!! Wide kitchen bench!! Although we didn't use any pans or cooker, we liked there was a gas cooker.

The leg of the heater was broken. We thought we better let the owner know, but we could see there was some repair done already but not properly, so just left as it was. It was wobbly to use because of that. Could be dengerous. Also pretty muddy and bad ground condition infront of our room where we parked the car. We were just lucky as the weather was good.

Michelle was very nice and helpful. She turned the heater on before we arrived, took us to the bike rentals, and gave us a ride back to the motel. Thank you Michelle for your kindness. The room was spacious and homey. For the price it is a great value. The kitchen got all the necessary stuff to make a meal. The shower was so nice to be in, it was big, the water warmed up quickly, and the shower head is moveable.

The wifi has some problem the night we arrived but it is out of their control.

I loved this place. It was roomy and comfortable and everything we could have wished for in our unit had been taken care of.

To use the washing machine I needed special tokens that could only be purchased from the office. The office was shut with no indication of when the staff would be back. Additionally the laundry was only open until 8pm, so I had no way to do our washing that night before leaving the next morning. I had been planning to do it at that stop point in our holiday but no luck. With 4 children that was quite an inconvenience for me.

Site manager was incredibly helpful, our group had to switch rooms due to our poor organisation but we were reassured that our new room would be cleaned first so we could get in to prepare for a wedding we were attending! Very grateful! Location was perfect, rooms were clean and comfortable with TVs to keep up to date with the Australian Open Tennis. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the places we wanted to go, and I had a boat with me that there was space available to park at no extra cost. The rooms were older but all facilities worked and the level of cleanliness was exceptionally good. We had plenty of room and were able to cook our own meal in the room.
