The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and as well as being adjacent to Central Station, this is only a couple of minutes' walk from Lime Street Station. Plenty of food options in the neighbouring area. The rooms are very spacious and offer good comfort.

The management is very clear about the fact that being situated on a busy street, there is some noise from the neighbouring bars, which does continue until about 11pm. The only thing I will add is that this was apparent on a Monday, in case potential visitors are thinking this is just reserved for weekends. It is noticeable but tolerable with windows closed.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, we had a great two nights sleep. The shower was great. Ample tea/coffee available in the room, with bottles of water also were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of shopping and great food options close at hand.

There was nothing we didn't like, we done our research and were more than happy with our choice. However a warning, be prepared for lots of stairs, it is a historic building so understandably there is no lift. And being in a lively area of the city, it can be noisy during the night as well.

Comfy rooms with tea and coffee station. The shower was great and so were the linens and towels and the room had plenty of space. The location is in the heart of the city with everything you need around. Easy to find. We fell asleep to the Irish music of a local bar. There are narrow steep staircases so keep this in mind if you have big bags!

We requested 2 beds and received a confirmation that this was being provided but was given a room with 1 bed. We were so tired and didn't want to go all the way back down after a busy day to change to make it work. So on us for not letting staff know, but don't write that the room with 2 beds has been provided when it wasn't.

People were amazing, I was on the top floor and mind you narrow staircases with a big luggage but got help for all the questions, requests and so quickly! Really appreciated that :) Location being downtown has its up and downs, but I needed to be closer to the train station so it worked well. Room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything you need. They even brought up hairdryer when I asked for 1

Location: you are on the top of the very fun but noisy irish pubs, meaning music goes on very loud until late + sounds of glass breaking and so on. And the stairs of course, might be not the best option for some but worked alright for me.

The hotel was fantastic. Our room was on first floor, so we had to climb stairs as there was no lift. That was not a problem at all for us. Reception was at the top off the stairs and we were greeted by Collette who was fantastic throughout our 3 day stay. We requested a room with a window and this was no problem at all. The room was lovely and very spacious and there was air conditioning as well. Hotel is above Lannigans pub so can be noisy but that didnt bother us lol as we were informed off this in advance. Hotel is in a central location in Ranleaghs Street which was ideal for us with all the selection off bars. Tea/coffe/milk facilties and clean towels on request. My 2 friends and myself could not fault this hotel at all. 10/10.

Check out at 10am but for extra £20 we could stay to 12 noon.

Perfect location at the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early at the hotel, but they checked us in straight away, which was really nice. If you're travelling with a child, this hotel might not be the hotel for you as it's on top of a bar and can be very noisy. We were advised of this by the hotel prior to our stay so we know about it and we didn't mind. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great with good water pressure. Had a wonderful stay overall. Would stay at this hotel again. Good value for money.

The staff were welcoming and friendly from check in to check out. Colette in particular, took the time to remember my name, use it in conversation with me, and showed an interest in my visit. All staff were always happy to supply more amenities when requested, without hesitation or limitation.

Although the hotel is located close to the multiple train stations, restaurants, and shops, I did find the over availability of bars in the area intimidating. Drunk people were stood in the hotel doorway smoking, and I did have to request a room high up and at the back of the hotel in order to not hear the loud music which went on late into the night. However, once again, the staff were very accommodating about this prior to my stay, as I had actually received a warning email from the hotel, informing me of their location.

The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely set up. Everything was thought of and well presented. The staff were friendly and kind. The beds were so comfortable, the TV was well positioned for a relaxing evening. There are lots to do in the area - location is brilliant. Great restaurants nearby! Super close to the station. Cannot fault the room, the staff or the facilities! Highly recommend for a leisure trip.

The noise was my only issue. There was live music downstairs (which is great if I could experience it but I was there for business and just wanted a good sleep). The music carried on until 1am which made it difficult to sleep. Saying that, it was entirely my fault as I was well aware of it, it clearly says in the description of this listing and the hotel advised me of it before I arrived.

Great location as right in the centre of the city, comfy beds and rooms. Staff were polite and welcoming and accommodated any needs we had. Nice clean rooms bar few stains on the carpet.

Our AC unit was broken and dripping but we only had it on for half an hour every day so it wasn’t too much of a problem. The doors and walls are pretty thin, we were awoken by other guests in early hours of the mornings. Music in bar plays until 2am - this didn’t bother us too much but it may bother others. General wear and tear in the room.

Francheska (young lady black hair) has always been fantastic, helping take bags upstairs or putting me in the best room. Two bottles of water per day provided. Large spacious room. Excellent air conditioner temperature with great balancing between cool and warm air. Excellent rates if Liverpool FC is not playing or not on the weekend.

Beware there are lots of stairs, no lift (elevator) Almost told to leave or pay more money because staff set price wrong then tried to force payment of extra money after Booking confirmed and checked in. Booking.com resolved successfully. An older lady staff told me that the room is not cleaned if it stayed consecutive days but that's incorrect as I've stayed in the past and the room cleaned each day. The same (blonde) lady staff rudely refused to help with luggage saying she's the only one there.
