In the city centre and walking distance to most attractions. Very close and short walk from Liverpool Lime Street train station. Basic accommodation to lay your head down for the night. Comfortable beds and quiet and peaceful. We slept very well. Friendly staff.

Twin room was small for two people to move around in but manageable. Would've been nice to have a kettle, mugs, and glasses. Need some shelf space in bathroom. Toilet seat was loose and moved around (room 5) and no one on reception at check out which delayed our departure when we were trying to catch the train. But staff were apologetic and tried to be quick as possible as they have to inspect the room before departure.

Value for money, staff excellent and friendly. The room was small but for the price paid not expecting much more. A lovely bathroom with all the facilities you need. As it is above the public house there is the noise of the busy pub, but that stops after closing hours. As I said staff were brilliant and made the stay excellent. Location, right in the middle of town so most things are within easy walking distance, like places to visit and Lime Street station.

Nothing really as I said in my comments good value for price paid, just don't expect an early night sleep on weekends because of bar.

Modern, clean, comfortable and perfect location for Mount pleasant 24 hour carpark 3 min walk. Lots of places to eat nearby and shops and pubs etc.

Would have been easier for me if the kettle was in the room instead of a tea/coffee machine downstairs as I can't carry drinks and need both hands for climbing stairs so need 2 hand rails so it was a little inconvenient for me so that was the only down side for me. The room was over a pub where karaoke and music was playing directly below but I slept through it, music and rowdiness doesn't bother me but it may bother someone else. I thought it was a lovely atmosphere to be fair.

We like a location (near the main station, centre...) and the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean (specially bathroom, towels, bedding), comfortable and it had tea and coffee. We like an atmosfere in pub downstairs, we heard someone singing Billy Idol and had a nice time (they finished in decent time so we sleep well :))

If it's alright, we kindly suggest to put soap in a bathroom (probably we'll get one if we asked but we had our own that time) and some shelves on the wall for cosmetics :)

Really nice and clean, staff very friendly, location brilliant, train station very close, lively place, loads of bars and places to eat, short walk to shopping centre also parking across the road £5 for 24 hours.

Room small, looked out the window 3 floors up not a pretty site, bins and rubbish everywhere, no soap in the dispenser which was on the wall, very hard to see when putting the code in on the front door, no light.

very surprising to find this accommodation was a favourite of ours!! The staff in the pub were extremely welcoming and helpful, the property was very safe and very clean. the bed was truly the most comfy! great stay for one night we wish we had stayed longer!

we werent aware of the £50 deposit for the key, it was probably in the small print. it wasnt an issue just that we had to go find a cashpoint to get cash out but the staff told us where to go and were helpful and looked after our bags whilst we went so realy no issues with the place just a note

As ever loved being back in Liverpool. And this hotel is VERY central. The staff are incredibly authentic and friendly - nice to have some typical Everton v. Liverpool banter. It is no problem that there is no breakfast cos the Shiraz is just round the corner which has better breakfast than ANY hotel. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished.

The internet quality is great for normal use but not stable enough if you need to have a google meet for work. i.e. for most people it is absolutely great (the bandwidth is fine - just not stable enough).

Room was generally fine for the charge. Very tight space for two people. Comfortable bed. The room we had had a very poor window view to other industrial-looking buildings. Everyone at the hotel were very helpful. It felt safe there. There's a large shelf for clothing etc. Maybe one of the hatches could be used to house small fridges for guests to keep their water/sandwiches etc cool.

The property was very clean and newly decorated, it was next door to a pub, but had its own entrance and the pub wasn’t a problem, plus it closed early. The check in and out was quick. Location great for what we needed it for.

The room we stopped in had a small double bed in, not a standard, and very very warm, but when we opened the window, the air conditioning unit on the roof was on and off all night and was very very noisey. The internet wasn’t the best and it was very slow and for the first night it packed up, due to some technical problem by the provider. There is a tea, coffee machine in the front hall way, but that broke while we was there too. A few teething problems because it had not long been took over, by this new company, but the staff were lovely and did everything they could to solve the problems we were having.

Location was perfect. Super close to everything. Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Modern rooms. Liked that the room had a functional TV with both Prime and Netflix and plenty of channels. Liked that the rooms have a separate entrance so you don't have to walk through a reception/lobby/restaurant or whatever when you come home or are leaving. Also liked that checkout was very smooth with just leaving a key in a box instead of signing out and going through hassle. We also liked that you weren't disturbed (with for example cleaning service every day) but instead if you needed something you could just ask for it. Good value for our money. Great shower with for example airflow.

We did not like the beds. They are WAY too narrow. You are afraid of turning during the night cause you might fall out of it (and I'm a small guy). Beds are really tiny.
