I really love both private bathroom and public bathroom at the hotel. Bath salt also accommodated which is fantastic. The hotel staff was helpful and the check-out procedure took no time at all. I like how I was able to chose my own preference of pillow during the check-in.

Beds were comfy but I found the 3-bed room was a bit too packed. Overall, the room has everything including mini fridge, hair dryer, electric kettle, and a TV.

Great value for money. Easy walk from the train station. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well served. All the extras such as courtesy drinks and toiletries were well appreciated. They have different types of pillows to choose from which was a plus.

Everything was excellent. Fantastic location. Staff were wonderfully kind and attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and being able to choose our preferred pillows and toiletries was great. The in-house onsen was superb as well. Breakfast was yummy! Kids enjoyed the different choices.

The staff here are super friendly, especially the young man on reception (sorry, I forgot to ask your name) & Eriko. The hotel offers a fantastic buffet breakfast. We found eating just before 8AM gave us better choices. We used the washing machine (& my husband's wool jumper survived, lol). In the evenings, there is a selection of free welcome drinks downstairs & we brought food into the hotel dining area, as did others, for an evening meal. The hotel is also fairly switched on to environmental issues. There's an option not to change your bed linen & towels every day. An improvement on the last hotel we stayed in. You can chose your own pillow in the lobby. Hotel is in a quiet area, within seven minutes level walk of the station & vast array of restaurants, shops, etc.

The bedrooms are on the small side, by Western standards, but we didn't travel to Japan to sit around in the bedroom. Not much to dislike, TBH. We'd stay again.

The staff were courteous and welcoming. I really enjoyed the Japanese hospitality that was displayed. The onsen was good.

Service with a smile. Great central location, walking distance to most attractions. Included breakfast and onsen was a nice bonus. Love the option to pick own pillow type, plus the many toiletries options.

Breakfast was not very vegetarian friendly.

They had a lot of products one could take for free, the breakfast was good and the rooms had their own bathroom with shower included (something that doesn't usually happen in hotels with onsen service).

The public baths had turns for male and female so the hour selected to your genfer could be inconvenient. Also the pillow was quite hard, but thankfully the hotel offered additional coushins.

Complimentary breakfast /drinks/toiletries were appreciated and very friendly/confident staff made our stay welcoming.Close to station and city centre.

Small window within small room however we didn't spend a lot of time in our room so overall not a huge issue.

Good location. Very compact, well organised accommodation. Had an Onsen. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfasts and friendly interactions with other guests.

Onsen times for women were fewer and at less convenient times than for men!

Good hot spring bath, nice breakfast Japanese style, not so far from train station, have convenient store around the hotel
