The hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There were some nice little touches such as welcome water with ice and lemon in the foyer. Security is good, which is comforting in such a busy part of London. The location is excellent for anyone travelling to/from Euston station so that bags can be left on arrival if the room isn't ready and equally when leaving if you are spending a day in London before returning home. Lovely selection of breakfast choices. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Large hotel in a great location close to metro/trains and very quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable which made for an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location so adjacent to Euston , clean rooms,pleasant breakfast area and bar . Staff very helpful snd friendly .

Slightly noisy at night , appears to be inner courtyard where noise travel to first floor . This was early hours of the morning 2400-0300 intermittently .

Have stayed there for the third time. The cruise ship passengers packing the dining room at breakfast...all fat and terribly over weight...and their noise...have made me reconsider whether I will stay there next September...I teach a class first week of September every year at univesity college school of architecture... the hotel had sold so when I got there for my THIRD ten day plus visit, they couldn't find my reservation... do something about the homeless problem in full view from Room 110 at both supermarkets across the street...

In the morning at breakfast I bought a coffee which wasn’t included in the breakfast and a male waiter )has repeatedly asked for money whereas I haven’t taken my cards with me and as I was staying for 5 nights I asked to be charged to my room but he didn’t seem to understand Finally the lady waiter that I have explained the situation has sorted it . It was a bit unusual The same again at dinner by the same waiter asking repeatedly for money but I had my card However when you are a customer that stays in the hotel the first thing should should be to add any extra charges in the room. So that I didn’t like cause it didn’t seem professional as it is standard practice in all hotels

Honestly, my stay at Radisson was superb. The room was excellent: very confort, clean, with a lot of sockets that fitted equipments from all over the world and had metal bars to dry clothes, which was pretty useful. Futhermore, the breakfast was incredible and had a lot of options. Last, but not least, I think the location was fabulous, it had a bus stop in front of the hotel and I could get to the tube with like a 30 seconds walk :)

The only 2 downsides that I have to think hard to remember, since they haven´t damaged my experience, were the fact that, although the room was full of sockets, neither of them were near the bed, and the room was quite noisy, because there were a lot of sirens passing in front of the hotel.

Lovely place to stay and close to the UCH where I was visiting my friend. We had a wonderful room - really sweet - in a quiet spot. Staff were all excellent, including the cleaning team.

The constant music - everywhere - even the lift. It wasn’t background ambient music - quite loud and i really don’t want it when I am eating breakfast or dinner. I thought the food was overpriced for its quality and very limited. Surf and Turf mainly. I was expecting my lobster cheese mac to be creamy and thick and full of lobster - but the sauce was runny and thin and the lobster was a few tiny tough chunks. Apart from that it was superb place to stay.

The room we stayed in was spacious, which is rare in central London. The hotel is right next to the Warren Street Underground. There are many buses nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. it's a convenient location. The hotel facilities are relatively old and we were often woken up by the noise from the water pipes at night. We stayed for 5 days and the room was not cleaned. The hotel's coffee, tea and milk were not replenished every day, and you had to go to the front desk to ask for them every day, which was very annoying. So we didn't go to the front desk to ask for it in the last two days.

The location is excellent. Steps to Warren Street tube which has extremely quick links to all the main London attractions. There are plenty of shops to do groceries, grab a sandwich or coffee and also nearby chemist, all within short distance to the hotel. We stayed twice on our stay, the beginning and end of our holiday and found the hotel to be very comfortable and modern. The breakfast was excellent.

For a London hotel in an older building I couldn’t really fault it. My only suggestion would be to get bedside table lamps. The halogen ceiling lights are way too harsh, but that was the only issue.

Breakfast is available and delicious. It costs extra, but it is very convenient and better than having to look for breakfast in downtown London. The family room was large and well arranged, with a table with chairs and a small fridge. The sofa bed was not working and no other family rooms or sofa beds were available (the hotel was full). Upon notification, the manager immediately resolved the issue, providing alternate sleeping arrangements for our kids. He was exceptionally helpful and considerate. We were very impressed by his attention and professionalism. The location is unbeatable, right next to a tube station, served by several bus routes, walking distance to multiple attractions, in a pleasant part of downtown. The price is very reasonable, considering the cost or accomodations in central London. It is a fantastic option for families.
