The location is perfect. The hotel is a charm and the staff is very helpful and professional. I also like the room. It was a fair size, well organized and comfortable. Modern style. My second time and I super recommend! Especially because it's difficult to find rooms for 3 people in London and they have a triple room which is perfect and very nice.

Just 2 small things. The room had to be accessed via a small set of stairs, as if it was in between floors that the elevator could not reach. Not a problem for me but people with mobility difficulties should be warned. The other thing is that the bathroom was beautiful and clean in general but the area close to the window and by the bathtub was old and had some mold. I think some regular cleaning and painting of that area would be enough to solve

The continental breakfast was good and comprehensive: toast, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, fresh juice, marmalades, sweet pastries. The hotel was old, but nicely renovated and very clean. The staff was very friendly. They gave pre-bottled water free of charge from reception. The location was really central. For example, Oxford street and Regent street were right next door. For example, if you have a concert in Palladium, you can walk from this hotel in about 10 minutes. There are several restaurants right around the hotel. One day we put a "Don't disturb" sign on the door because we thought there was so much of our stuff in the room. We noticed when we came back that a letter had been placed under the door. They had not come for the sign, but let us know that the call only downstairs, so we get, for example, clean towels, etc.

The room was quite cold if not using an extra radiator. There was no heat in the bathroom. However, there were extra blankets in the room for those who needed them.

The hotel is in a safe central part of London. It is close to great restaurants and shopping and within a short distance of two underground stations. The hotel itself is welcoming and bright. The staff was always friendly and immediately available to help with any requests. The property and room was clean and seemed newly renovated. We booked the continental breakfast option which was good and plenty of food. There was an option to upgrade to a hot English breakfast for £5 per person/day but we were happy with the continental.

The twin beds seem a little bit narrower than what I am used to from the US and the mattress a bit harder but it seemed to work well for my back which is always a gamble for me due to back issues.

Room 102 was bijou but perfect for an overnight stay for 1 person. Bed was super comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows - super important to me. Nice bathroom and good quality towels, shampoo etc. I will definitely be returning to this hotel as its good value and in a quiet location with an fabulous breakfast stop just down the road. Pleasant lounge just off the main reception which I used to make a few calls. Staff were very helpful and allowed me to leave luggage behind reception while I was out for the day

The television didn't work which was very annoying as I was in bed when I decided to watch the tv. I rang reception and they offered to send someone to take a look but it meant getting dressed again to allow the concierge to come in and rectify so sadly I went without the TV. The desk was impossible to sit at because the chair was soo close to the end of the bed but that was fine for me and just an overnight stay and I didn't need to use a desk. It did however make it a bit tricky to use the hair dryer though which is attached to the drawer of the desk but I managed.

Excellent location, close to Oxford circus and a number of other tube stations making it very easy to get around. Situated in a cool area with lots of lovely cafes and bars and surprisingly quiet despite being in central London. Room was small but clean and bed was comfy

Not really a dislike but be warned as it’s central london the rooms are very small. There wasn’t really space for my suitcase to open up fully and I couldn’t imagine trying to fit two people in there. There was also a desk, which I was hoping to be able to use to get some work done, however the room was so small that you couldn’t pull the chair out because it hit the bed and could barely fit underneath of you squeezed in. It would almost be better to just get rid of the unusable desk and chair and make more space in the room.

We arrived very early which was no issue to reception we were able to check in and get all the paperwork done but pick up room keys later which is what we expected. The staff throughout were very polite and helpful a credit to the hotel. Our room was very clean as were all the communal areas. The hotel really could not be better positioned as far enough out of town to provide for a quiet night but close enough to only be a 20 minute walk from the West End shows and shopping areas.

Our room (403) on the top floor was small but that is fine for a short stay, As mentioned on departure and not something you would expect even management to be aware of unless comments have been made was the bathroom layout. It was very difficult to sit on the toilet due to a lack leg room, if only the designer had turned it 90 degrees there would be no problem.

The location was key as we were going to a show in the west end. It was just over a ten minute walk meaning we eliminated the need for taxis. It was beautiful and quiet at night which is a huge advantage

The only complaint I’d have is that the beds were not firm…. They were ridiculously firm! It was like sleeping on a wooden box! However, that may have just been my room, but both myself and my daughter struggled to get comfortable. This was after a day of travelling and a night at the theatre, so tiredness wasn’t the issue. A small criticism, but it was definitely something we both noted.

Location is excellent - it feels safe and is so central. The staff let me keep my bag there during the day whilst I was sightseeing before check-in.

the breakfast area is down some stairs - I didnt' see if there was a lift but walked down and I have bad knees so not easy. Food on offer for continental - plenty of choice- mostly nice, but improvements would be - croissants in the continental breakfast are cold, if they were warm, that would be have been lovely! Coffee being more like barista coffee which people are now accustomed to. I didn't try the meats/cheese as I don't like anything that is left out so can't comment on them.

The location of the hotel is ideal for a visit to the Palladium; we were spoilt for choice with where to go for dinner on the way to the venue and breakfast options the next morning. We parked at the CitiPark Clipstone Mews car park, which wasn't far. Everything was walking distance to the Wellcome Collection, too. We were 3 guests (2 adult sisters and our mum) staying in one double bed and one single bed. It had everything we needed. The bathroom features were up to date, the provisions (shampoo, conditioner, shower cap) were complimentary and plentiful, and the natural light was a rare treat! Beds and pillows were comfy. A fan was provided. We were also grateful for the tea and coffee facilities. Staff were kind and helpful upon check in and check out.

Only minor critiques! The decor of our room was dated (the divan trims were tattered) but certainly not enough of a reason not to stay. The hot water tap in the bathroom was scalding, but better to be hot than cold! The towels were extra large, but felt rough from over washing. Lack of snacks (e.g. bags of crisps) at the bar but again not a big deal.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and modern

No rooms have air con and even in October the rooms were so hot.
