Excellent location connections wise. 10 min walk to Euston station. 1 minute walk to euston square underground. 5 minute walk to Warren st underground. Lidl supermarket opposite Warren st underground. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They would go above and beyond.

It can be noisy. A lot of sirens (ambulance, police, fire). Something needs to be done about the bathrooms. Although they have frosted glass, you can still mainly see everything from the room. There is no privacy. There are plenty of options like a blind to cover the door or self-adhesive film to ensure privacy.

An immaculately clean and modern hotel, polite and friendly staff and great location, right by the tube station. The bed was really comfy, we had a superior room and it was very spacious. The room key was via an app and the room had a tablet that controlled the TV, had room service, contact to reception, requests etc. We thought this was quite cool! We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others! Really happy with our stay😊

The only thing I would advise others of is that the bathroom isn't very private (partially frosted glass). This wasn't an issue for me and my partner but some people may want more privacy. We had lovely hot showers on the first day but on the day of checking out the shower wasn't hot enough, possibly because everybody in the hotel was showering before check out? It wasn't a major issue though as everything else was great!

Excellent location for Euston station, just 5 minutes around the corner. It's also a reasonable price for this part of London. Bed was very comfy and the room had everything you need for a stay. The hotel manages to do a lot with very little space. Staff were friendly and polite and check in was easy.

Not the hotel's fault, but the rooms are extremely small. Granted they've been clever in the way they have arranged them to ensure there's a bathroom/shower etc. in each one, but I was happy to be travelling alone and have such a small space to myself. For a short stop over due to travel delays as a single person it was ideal.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I think it’s really important to for this stay as the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We received a warm welcome, bags were kept as we’d arrived way before checkin time and then our bags were kept safe after checkout so we could enjoy the day in London until our journey home. The reception staff were polite, friendly and helpful and so accommodating. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk to Euston Station and both Warren Street and Euston Square underground stations are on the doorstep. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms are modern with a drencher shower. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent location and had a lovely shower room and toiletries, hairdryer. Staff were really friendly and polite. I could adjust the air conditioning to heat or cool to get the room how I like. Bed was very comfortable for me and I slept well. The blackout blind worked well.

A few features I wouldn’t expect for the price - laminate broken on the floor in my room, window draughty and noisy. However I was able to compensate for the draught by increasing the air conditioning unit to 25 degrees. Perhaps make the blackout blinds thermal too if replacing glazing units is too expensive.

The style of the hotel, how close everything was. The staff very friendly and helpful. The first room we got given had one window which was broken and you could see out off because the blind was also not working. I called up the receptionist and explained that I suffer from Claustrophobia and needed to be able to open a window or see out of one. And within 10 they arrived at our hotel door to solve the problem. In the end they moved us free of charge into a bigger room with lots of windows. Staff were very kind about it and helpful very grateful for their compassion towards me and helping so quickly.

I was really surprised. I thought I had made a mistake when I first saw where it was located (I knew the area pretty well). It was really comfy, quiet, efficient, staff were charming and the location is excellent for getting aorund in central London as its between Euston, Warren Street and Kings Cross/St Pancras. Also, if you like curry, Drummon street is one of THE places to go in London (indeed one of the original places to go in the late 50s, early 60s)

It was a little bit cramped in terms of space for your luggage and hanging clothes, so I would not recommend if you are staying for a longer stay (you won't have anywhere for your case)

The staff here were so friendly - both in reception and at breakfast. My room was very quiet considering it was central London. Everything was clean and comfortable. A cot was prepared for my one year old and everyone made a fuss of her which was lovely. I will 100% book again next time we are in London.

Couldn't quite figure the Aircon out. It was very hot outside so too hot without Aircon and too cold with Aircon. Probs not an issue 95% of the time with British weather. I found it hard to get my pram through some of the hallways but I managed well enough. It wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Very convenient location, nearby everything I needed for my short stay. The room was perfect for a solo traveller and had me very comfortable after a long day travelling. Unfortunately I arrived too late for the restaurant, but the bartender was friendly and engaged with me. Initially I didn't opt for breakfast but it was easy to add it on in the morning since I was tempted. There was a decent selection and I was very satisfied.

I don't think I stayed long enough to have much of a negative experience. The view could have been better as the window looked inward to just more windows. Being so central there is some noise from other guests in the halls due to there being an active nightlife.

Its location is perfect for easy reach of other parts of London with two train stations close by. Beds were comfy. Had all needed facilities for a night in London

The bathroom windows were partially misted out but not enough you couldn’t tell what someone was doing and the top and bottom of the windows would allow someone to see you. I also found a touch of mold in the shower area. We originally were told to go to one room but the card didn’t work and then when we returned downstairs they said it was a different room. The lift is very slow but functional
