• The confort of the rooms • The hotel is situated in a little street of Mid Town, not on the main avenue (and our room was situated in the court side) • The situation : 5 minutes from the metro, 15 minutes by foot far from Time Square, The Madison Square Garden, Broadway, High Line, The Vessel, The Empire State Building, etc. • The personnel was very welcoming and reactive (special thanks to Felix, Jorge, Joystyn) • The room was cleaned every day which is very appreciable • The kitchen was well designed and very useful • They provide meal on Wednesdays which is appreciable (chicken soup, pretzel, etc.) • They provide hot water, tea and filter coffee all day and during the evening

• The neighborhood can be a little bit frightening because of some homeless people but this is New York (they are in their own world and not aggressive most of time) • The air conditioning is working all the time even if you want to turn it off • The breakfast room is not big but we could sit if everyday with a baby of 2 years old (you can go there at 8 am there is a turnaround of families). You can also take it to your room

Well priced hotel in close proximity to time square and Pen Station. Staff was very friendly and cleaning was done well. Guests laundry is available, make sure you have ample change in advance.

Elevator system is not very reliable and you can wait few good minutes for one to arrive. Nothing the hotel is responsible flr, but the street in which it is located is housing many homeless and drug addicts, which makes arriving to and exiting from the hotel an unpleasant experience, specially with children.

We know the hotel 5years ago. Nothing changed. Location, central, near metro station, times square shows reachable by foot. Boiled eggs in breakfast. Coffee free 24hr. 3 Elevators fast. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Perfect refriegerator. Room size good. Bed were comfort.

Tv did not work, even notifying the staff several times. Fixed after several days. . Shower's water flooded out to bath floor even after 'fixing'. Kitchen sink was a little blocked. Not fixed at all even after notifying several times. Breakfast missing vegetables and healthy bread.

Fantastic location, you can walk to main places and also the subway is 3 blocks away. Breakfast was complimentary. Also, there is coffee, hot water and tea available 24/7 in the hotel lobby. Besides that, one evening the hotel offered some extra food for free (fruits, cookies, hot soup) which was extra nice! The lobby is comfortable to sit down there, you can buy take away food from a close by Deli store (8th Avenue Deli) and eat it at the lobby. I tried the salads and they were healthy and delicious! I also liked the room, there was a kitchenette, microwave, and basic utensils (glasses, cups, plates, forks, knives, spoons, etc). Very well thought and practical! Also dishwasher soap and a dishwasher machine. Lovely!

Crowded breakfast, specially around 9am. Difficult to find a table to sit on. Waiting for 10 minutes, still possible to grab something. Long time to wait for elevators, although there are 3, specially at breakfast and check out time.

Traveled to the Homewood Suites Midtown in September with friends. The room with 2 queen beds was spacious enough for the four of us as we could also use a single pull out sofa chair. Even though our room faced the street there was little noise to disturb us. We had the complimentary breakfast and it was as expected; some hot items, toast, bread, cereal offerings. The breakfast area was augmented by an outdoor patio which was helpful as both areas filled up. The staff worked hard to keep the areas clean and stocked all in a friendly manner. Unlike other comments we did not have to wait long for the elevator. The location was convenient as we walked to the theater district, the Hudson Yards and the High Line.

From the first night of a four night stay we asked for another set of towels as there were four of us registered in the room. Every night we had to ask for another set even after leaving a note for the staff.

1. Small studio room, but I think that's more Manhattan issue 2. A lot of homeless, drunk, high people near premise - making it unsafe while walking late in nights

First off, the location was GREAT! It was close but far enough from the chaos in Times Square, multiple coffee shops, the famous liberty bagels and close to many of the "tourist spots" such as Hudson Yards, Empire State Building, and the Edge.The breakfast was delish and it wasn't too crowded as oppose to other hotel's reviews that I saw. The rooftop view was amazing AND our room was very clean and very spacious for it being in NYC. I have found my hotel for always when I return! Housekeeping was very attentive and made sure everything was replaced and clean while we were out. Definitely 10/10.

Not much to say, we enjoyed our stay the entire time.

The room was spacious for NY standards and had everything we needed.

The surroundings, felt insecure. Some days our room was not cleaned and we had to call for house keeping. We arrived really tired at midnight and had to wait for two hours because the system was down before a room was assigned. Most of the staff is not very friendly.

It’s like a clean oasis from the city hussle and… let’s face it - grime. As soon as you step into the lobby you go “ Ahhh”. We love NYC but it is somewhat overwhelming too. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to come back to after a whole day of walking in the city. We were there on really hot days so it was especially great to feel the crisp AC in the room. My daughter said it’s amazing how quiet the room was, given that as soon as you stepped onto the sidewalk, you could hear all the noise. The location was perfect. Just a few blocks from Times Square and Empire State Building. The Breakfast. Oh my gosh. Nutritious, delicious and plentiful. It would be busy every morning but they never ran out of anything! Each day they served something different. Plenty of seating despite it being busy. We ate a lot to give us energy for the sightseeing and walking. We stayed 4 nights and each day our room was tidied up and we were given a few fresh towels ( but we tried to reuse ours) We will stay there again for sure!

Sometimes it took a long time to use the elevator.

Everything. Location, spacious Room, good breakfast, nice kitchnete, friendly staff. Very good hotel. I recommend it since I know a few hotels in NYC and it is not easy to find one with breakfast included ( and a good one , close to european patterns) and also kitchnete which is very helpfull in such an expensive city as NYC.
