Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room has been refurbished recently and was really good. Location is great, super close to the metro, attractions and amenities. We asked for a quiet room and they managed to get us one.

There are loads of homeless people in the area. We arrived very late at night and walked from the metro, the area looked a bit rough, but always felt safe.

The location is very good, you have everything close to you. The staff very helpful, everything with a smile. The room was clean.

There are drug users outside the hotel. But it's a general problem in Manhattan.

Liked everything, we were welcomed heartily by the reception manager steven n we were lucky to have him on duty on the nite we checked in he was superb he guided us so well! The location is good 4 mins walk to metro… cleaning staff was also really great… the room had a efficient refrigerator, iron n the air conditioning was awsum…will book this hotel again because of stevens wonderful attitude!! Steven is surely an asset to your hotel we must say!!!

The receptionist “crystal” was VERY rude whenever we asked fr any query she replied very rudely n made no effort to improve that even after we complained, kindly tell her to have a good attitude towards the guests, bt steven won us over n over again n made us overlook crystals snobbish attitude….

I would totally stay again and I recommended it to a friend. At first I did not want to book this hotel. I did in the END I do not regret it! Lovely, clean, spacious rooms, everything you need inside for a week stay. Beds comfy, showers and elevators worked efficiently.

If I had to mention something, no toilet brushes in the bathrooms, elevator lighting is so bright you think you were performing on stage. The Restaurant in the hotel seems to be open selling fast food stuff but the prices are enormous! It’s cheaper to buy food at JFK airport.

The staff at the reception was my highlight. I had to leave around 7pm, so they arranged for a late check out at 1pm, booked a transfer to the airport and made sure I could change before I left for my flight. The driver arrived early, they made sure he waited until I was ready. Breakfast was very nice too thanks to the staff at the restaurant and the quality of the food.

Netflix kept resetting on the television set, maybe it was a connection problem. So I had to watch the satellite channels. It would have been great to get some complimentary cookies or cereal bars in the room.

You can see that the hotel has been renovated just recently. The room was very clean and was furnished up to actual standards. The hotel has a very good location close to Times Square and you can even easily walk to Grand Central Station, NY Public Library etc. Regular check out time is 12:00 noon.

The gym has good equipment. There's just one little thing: We have been missing some "yoga mats" because... stretching is equally important as running & strength training. If you could add 3-5 yoga mats and just sanitize them daily, this would make even the gym perfect.

Friendly staff and great location where only 15 min walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building, Pen Station and other landmarks. The room is more spacious than we thought, especially for the washroom. You have to use the room key to get into the hotel after 10 pm which made us feel secure in this busy area.

Currently the building is under construction from Monday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm. I would recommend staying on the higher floor to avoid the noise.

Welcoming staff, always happy to assist. Upgraded me to a bigger room for free. Room was clean and up to the mark. Location is in close access to public transport. Hotel has a gym and a restaurant. Stay is recommended for solo as well as travel with family. I did not face any problem and enjoyed my stay. Would be coming back someday for sure.

Foreign travellers have to face a lot of problems in getting refunds of security deposits as well as card decline issues are common with foreign issued debit cards. The hotel should accept cash from foreign travellers.
