Front desk staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The restaurant burgerology was fantastic in every way.

Great food, I appreciate the 24h gym, very friendly/helpful staff. Good location.

Loud AC (for non-US guests). Upper door lock was a bit loose and moved when doors closed; risk of guests locking themselves out. Water in toilet bowl seeped non-stop. "Do not disturb" cards didn't fit the doorknobs well, saw several on the floor over my stay. The restaurant was clearly understaffed or had people in training (nothing against that really, it was just clearly visible). Lack of clear protocol at the restaurant was more funny than irritating. For example, ordering tea, which we did 10 times. Only once we got a plate to put the teabags on. Sugar only on request in the evening. Randomly, jug of cream only once and unprompted. Etc.

Our stay was in general really comfortable, we felt welcomed: the staff was really kind. There is also a restaurant connected to the hotel, which serves really good food and it is quite practical if there is one evening when you dont wanna go out. For me this is a typical hotel for first timers in NYC because it is located right in the touristic center with the Emprie state building, time square and rockefeller center right around the corner. This means that the hotel is located in a really crowded area, when you step out of the hotel, you step right into the action.

Sadly (but i think that is the case in the most hotels in NYC) the walls were really thin and we had a family right next to us. They woke up at 6am just to start screaming at each other for like 2 hours. This was just really bad luck but yeah: the walls are really thin.

Neighborhood. Also lots of “fine print” $100 security deposit and out of that $70 was returned because I was charged $30 cleaning fee! Was NOT explained to me. If I had t read everything I would never had seen it. Unsure why as we literally just slept there. Parking validation was also not explained properly. Was told it would be validated not discounted Not all staff explained it the same way

Our room was very clean and the hotel is in a perfect location. Every staff member was kind and professional. We received outstanding customer service. The fridge in our room did not work when we first arrived but they replaced it within 20 minutes, which is exceptional.

The heating/cooling system in our room did not work very well. Only hot/warm air came out even when we turned the cold air on, so the room was uncomfortably warm at times and we had to open the window. Thankfully, we were out for most of the day so it was only an issue in the evening but we managed.

The hotel was wonderful. The bed was super comfy and the staff was wonderful! Reynald greeted us so warmly and Jose was very nice and accommodating. I'm sorry I don't have all their names but everyone was so nice. There is a fridge in the room and the shower was great. We had everything we needed.

The only thing I did not like had nothing to do with the hotel but more the location. Although it is around the block from the police station, the area had a lot of homeless people hanging around.

Once inside the doors, it smells like a spa and it very quiet! Quite a relief after the stink of NYC! The rooms are average size for New York, but they are very functional. The bathroom has great counter space as well the BEST SHOWER!

Nothing they can control, but the Garment district is just a messy area. Lots of unhoused people and noise.

I loved the look and modern features of the room and hotel. The updates were gorgeous. The staff was so friendly, we were greeted and acknowledged every time we came and went. I felt welcome, the bed was comfy, the room was warm and the amenities were ideal.

I couldn't find the thermostat easily, but that was fine. The only issue (super mild) that I had was in the shower. It drained so slowly, the water pooled around my feet and became very cold very quickly.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, as we were attending a game at MSG within walking distance. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the bar/restaurant was above and beyond our expectations! Beekman products in the shower goes above and beyond and was a BIG plus to our stay!

No microwave in the room made it difficult for re-heating leftovers so we ended up throwing them out. Temperature of shower water was luke warm, although the structure and shower itself was excellent. TV would lag from time to time but we barely watched it only had it on in the background, so not a big deal for our stay.
