It was nice and clean. Easy to get in and out of. Fairly quiet at night.

Shower barely had enough spray to get soap off and hair rinsed. And the only place to sit outside was the pool area and it was locked and our cards would not unlock it. When asked, desk attendant said they would have to call maintenance but never did while we were there.

Nice breakfast; clean facilities.

I require a handicap room and although the room was very nice, it was on the third floor. There is only one elevator serving the entire four floors of the building and in the morning it is in high demand so you have to wait a long time to catch an elevator. If there were ever a fire or an emergency, a handicapped person could not get out of the upper floors.

Very nice and fairly new. Rooms were spacious and nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower was big.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not very good. There was not much of a selection and the eggs were awful. Water pressure in the shower was weak.

I suggest more variety and change in the menu daily. I stayed three days and had the same things.

Noise level control is not enforced. There was others leaving in/out @ 5am slamming doors.

Breakfast, not too far away from Lovejoy High School for sporting event. Front desk staff very helpful and nice. We were able to check in earlier than regular 3 pm check in.

Should have waited and requested room on upper.floor to avoid noises above us and in.the exercise room across from our room. Bathroom door kept falling back into the shower door.

Clean, good location. Parking lot was well lit.

Smell in elevator was bad. The chair in our room looked like a cat had scratched the front of the arms. Pillows could have been better. They felt flat & kind of lumpy.

thin walls as you can hear all kinds of conversations and noise in the hallway and if the person next door is sensitive to sound or noise, the sound of the TV may be bothersome. I was doing some paperwork with the tv on at a very low volume and my next door neighbor started banging my wall.

The bed was very comfortable, and, in all appearances, the room looked clean and fully stocked. The parking lot and lobby showed care and was well-lit. The guest ambassador was very nice and friendly (and a lil funny) which was nice after a 1400 mile drive across the country. There was a place to park the moving truck, which was confirmed available before booking the room.

The elevator was out of service. I arranged to book the neighboring hotel but the concierge quickly found a first floor room, for our stay. The bathroom door banged on the shower door. Not necessarily a design flaw but nothing was set up to keep it from happening, since it banged with the most gentlest of handling.

Breakfast was good, would like to have bacon also but that just me, I still enjoyed it. Location was easy to get to & from while visiting.

Maybe better lighting in the room, the lamp by beds was good but in my eyes as watching tv.

Reservation was canceled without notice or a phone call to let us know because we checked in the next day instead. Did not get a refund. Had to pay again for another room.
