From the aesthetics of the hotel, to the staff at the front desk and everything in between our stay was fantastic! Our room was one king bed and the layout of the room was something different, something I hadn’t ever seen before which made our room enormous. Bathroom was big and I love the full-size hygiene products they provided. I don’t always take everything with me when I am just staying one night somewhere, and not all hotels provide full size products. Also, once we got settled we received a text from the front desk asking if we had settled in and needed anything. We were told to either text back or call the front desk when needed and they would be sure to get us what we need! Can’t forget breakfast, they had a great variety of options. Booking.com makes our transactions seamless and out of all 3 hotels I have booked through them, this one FAR EXCEEDED my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing about this place I didn’t like.

The front desk receptionist was very wonderful her name was Juliana… she made everything so comfortable and pleasant…it was our first time in Dallas and we had an horrible experience with a different hotel to the point we had to sleep in our car and it was my sons 7th birthday.. when we checked in she asked how was my day going and I just had to vent… she went out of her way to accommodate my kiddo while putting a smile on his face, when the mistake had absolutely nothing to do with her or her team nice. Everything was fresh and clean and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much Juliana and team my family and I are forever grateful and thankful.

From the Beginning the staff was extremely friendly. The first person I met was Don, and he told me if I needed anything to just let him know. Later on, I needed to print something and Gresham James saved me on that one. He had it printed out in seconds. The breakfasts were top notch. They had all kinds of food available. The rooms were very nice and clean and the bathroom was perfect as well. My daughter was able to take a morning swim and enjoyed the heated pool before we left each day to attend our family reunion. I thoroughly enjoyed everything and do plan to come back on my next visit to Dallas. 😁

Honestly, I cannot think of anything. My clothes got a little wrinkled in the suitcase and there was luckily an iron and ironing board. I couldn’t figure out how to shit the ironing board, but I just left it there. I guess the staff was able to get it closed… I hope. 😆

Its our first time here and we are so satisfied with our stay. Juliana was so welcoming and attentive. The hotel was so clean and it smells good. Our room was so spacious and that made our 2 kiddos so happy. The pool was so inviting, just don’t have the energy to dive in coz we are so tired from our 5hrs drive. Theres plenty of parking space as well, and we felt safe during our stay. The breakfast was superb too! The lady in charged was so quick to refill food/items. She cleans the tables right away as the guests leaves. I def will book my next stay here whenever me and my family are in Dallas. Shoutout to Julian!you are a gem!

Just a bit of misunderstanding during the check in but Juliana fixed it quickly.

It was easy to get to and very close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping, the staff was super nice and helpful, it was quiet, when it was time to sleep, knowing I was down there for a basketball tournament, so there was plenty of kids in the hotel, but if you did not see them you wouldn’t have known, that’s how comfortable it was there in the hotel. The breakfast was so fresh and good also. Will definitely go back there and stay again.

I was just caught off guard about the extra security deposit of $50, but it wasn’t that high, just wasn’t expecting it, I can not remember having to pay one at any other Hilton, but I could have and just don’t remember it, and just feel like that’s something that needs to be said when booking the room and your not surprised when you get there.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Ms. Roberta (front desk clerk) was a blessing! She was very informative and made us feel very important and special. The staff and housekeepers were also very friendly. When we walked past any of them they all smiled and greeted us. Every time we left our room we came back to a clean room & bathroom, fresh towels and fixed clean bedding. We even received text asking if the room was to our liking and that it we needed anything to just let them know.. This was our first time staying in a Hampton Inn & Suites. We have a favorite hotel that we would always book because we liked it but let me tell you from now on Hampton will be our 1st choice since we are diamond members. Thank you so very much for making us feel so welcome and special. We will be back.!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. Both times we had a VERY spacious room. The beds are perfect, each bed is given 4 pillows. The ceilings are high, the bathroom is large and the sink is separate from the tub area. The breakfast was nice for something quick when traveling and even opened up before the posted time. Both times I have told my daughter that I wish we were not in a hurry, I would love to just stay until checkout. It's really that nice!

My husband claimed he could hear the people next door to us. Possibly the high ceilings led to more echos.

The staff was great and very responsive. Always helpful. Good breakfast.

We were in a handicapped accessible room. Everything was good but there was not a wheelchair accessible shower. There was only a tub shower. If I had been in a wheelchair, I would not have been able to bathe. This needs to be fixed!

I love the cleanliness of the facility and the rooms! The breakfast was really good as well! The pool was really pretty as well!!

I wish the shower pressure can be a little bit more powerful, and provide body wash instead of the soap. Maybe put a vent in the bathroom so it is easy for getting out of all the smell from the bathroom😅

We love this hotel!. The front desk clerks are friendly and welcoming.. The room is very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and breakfast was delicious! From check in to check out it was the best experience from any hotel I’ve been to lately.. 10/10 for me.. Highly recommended! Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites!
