Nice location close to centro historico. Stabucks on the facility and they can set you up for transportation anywhere. Room was comfortable.

No room service at night. My son got sick and thru up in the evening. We picked up as much as we could with house towels. We called front desk and they sent maintenance. The maintenance guy showed up n then told us he would be back and did not return. So we slept in a stinky room and bathroom that night. Housekeeping cleaned it up the next day. We got billed 2000 pesos because they said they could not rent the room the next day because they had to disinfect the room. I responded so we were in a room that wasn’t disinfected? Because since we were made to wear masks and disinfect our hands in the lobby we were under the impression that all rooms get disinfected after use. So I guess rooms are cleaned but not disinfected unless someone throws up.

Characterful and elegant, a refreshing change from typical chain hotel style buildings. Good hot water and (barely adequate) airconditioning in the bedroom.

While the WiFi coverage was great, it seemed overly saturated with WiFi signals, and thus radiation. In addition, it was disappointing to find a Starbucks in the lobby and not a boutique Mexican cafe.

Very good Mexican style breakfast with multiple food choices, great service. All employees of Emporio were helpful, nice and reacted immediately to our needs (extra towel, water etc.). Hotel's location is perfect, close to all attractions and very quiet at the same time.

The location is top class and the lobby is really beautiful. The staff, particularly the porters, are very helpful.

Some of the standard double rooms without a nice view have a lighting fixture built into the wall - it limits space in what are already relatively small rooms.

Beautiful old hotel. Room was very comfortable and air conditioned. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Food in downstairs cafe bar was excellent and good value. There is a buffet restaurant but I only used for breakfast. Great location, walking distance from most attractions ( if you don't mind a 20 min walk?

location was excellent! staff always helpful and quick to respond. good service both in English and Spanish. room service 24/7. EVERYONE was professional and helpful. 5 star service and above.

Don’t listen to whiney customers. Everything was great. Minor details in the rooms that need to be updated. Beautiful lobby but the halls to get to the rooms are a bit dark. Taxi rides are a bit expensive so just get an Uber.

The location was excellent - easy walking distance to many attractions, delicious taquerias, and sites. My family felt safe walking at night in the neighborhood. The staff was very professional and welcoming.

It was a great stay. Nothing to complain about.

the breakfast was rich, diverse and delicious, the location close to the centre and many famous monuments, very caring staff and the bathroom facilities in the room

the room given to us lacked light, while I was coming from the UK and awaiting to enjoy the sunlight, this means that I ended up spending my time outside the room and used the space only for sleep

It’s ein a very nice place, calm. The staff is great. The bed is so comfortable.

It needs a little remodel
