The rooms were spacious, newly furnished, and the air conditioning was very good. The bed was comfortable, although the bed frame creaked a bit. There was hot water, and a table with a chair. Armando from the staff was very attentive; the front desk staff were also helpful. We asked for several things and they resolved them right away. When they clean the room they left us 2 free bottles of water. There was good wifi. We ordered the American breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. The hotel felt secure for us.

We had to request floor cleaning as it seemed they had been doing renovations and it was a bit dusty, but it improved after they cleaned it. Sometimes, the bedding had some hairs that we had to remove. The bathroom light switch was loose, but we informed the front desk and they said it would be repaired. There was a cleaning staff member who knocked on the door at 9 am claiming to be 'checking,' which was uncomfortable.

Excellent location and accessible to restaurants and public transportation. A lot of food trucks/places around it. The room was clean and fresh every day. No noise at all. Very comfy and spacious room.

It would be nice to have access to the outside/front are in the mornings. For some reason they take the chairs inside and we were not able to have breakfast there. But other than that this hotel is nice.

I really liked the location. After sightseeing and walking around, I noticed how well the location was. It allowed us to visit many locations without having to double-walk everything. I liked that it was in a quiet location yet, just a enough distance to any action. Bus stops, convenience store, good taco stands and much more was at reach and the hour didnt matter.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. I would have liked "maybe" a continental type breakfast included in all types of room fares. My daughters mention one of the lights next to the bed was not functioning and the youngest wanted a mini fridge.

Very friendly staff and modern rooms. The bed was large and the TV had Netflix so we could sign in and watch a movie. It was overall a great option for the price.

The drain in the bathroom had a slight smell.

We liked that it was near the main city boulevard and it’s location is walking distance to the city’s main sites to visit

Unfortunately the graffiti buildings in front and side of hotel were an eye sore and the hotel has a great front view that can be appreciated more if it was not for these vacant bldgs

The staff was great, ready to help at any moment. The room was big enough for 4 people.

There was a noise coming from the phone from timetotime. We didn't figure out what it was... but it was annoying.

The cleaning is very good.

Some receptionists should improve their behavior. The hotel is on a street that doesn’t make you feel safe. The best option es to leave the hotel and go anywhere using car o any transportation.

Location was awesome, a few steps away from the metro station, very friendly staff.

for my taste a little more lighting in the room. maybe have some kind of continental breakfast for all stays (coffee and bread) also your phone number in the web page no l e answers (unknown if it is wrong) but good place
