Very spacious and clean. Bedroom and Bathroom setup was really good

Night time staff person on 31st 2023 was very rude. During the night shift, I encountered an issue that required assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty at that time was, regrettably, unhelpful and exhibited a rather rude demeanor. I found myself in a situation where the door was locked from the inside, and when I sought assistance, the staff member not only refused to help but also responded with anger and scolding. This experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of customer service provided during the night hours. In a situation where guests rely on the staff for support, being told that I was "on my own" was both disheartening and contrary to the expectations one has when staying at a reputable establishment.

I loved most things about this place. The people are super friendly, everyone. The apartment is very modern which is my style. You can stream Netflix and YouTube from the smart TVs. They clean daily and replace water and coffee. The location is Amazing and a large supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away. And a big selling point is the free use of a washer and dryer near the reception, especially when travelling with a child. There is always hot water and the bathroom is stylish and not cramped. This place offers amazing value for money.

The internet was a bit choppy.

The location is perfect. The hotel meets my requirements, spacious bedroom with two comfy beds and 4 pillows each, very large living room (with separate door) and microwave and small fridge. Enough outlets in the rooms, which is important. The curtains in the bedroom are doubles, so if you want it to be really dark at night, it is possible. The staff was very accommodating to our family, since we were traveling with babies and lots of luggage. We e-mailed them about our needs and they responded perfectly. The bathroom amenities are a nice gesture. We extended our stay at the hotel, because we were very satisfied.

Wifi could sometimes be better, but that is just a minor detail and didn't bother us.

i found it odd that I was not able to wait in lobby since check in is at 3pm. I did arrive really early am but for that same reason they should of let me stay literatly they said it was a policy ad couldnt wait. They did however let me keep my luggage in a storage so I would be wondering with it.

Loved how big and new the rooms were. Modern room amenities and nice working AC. And the washroom was spacious too and had 2 sinks- great for travelling with friends/group.

The customer service of staff could be better- they don't look too friendly or very helpful. There was not enough towels/robes in the room (we booked a room for 4 people) when we arrived and had to convince the front desk to give me extra towels. Also there was a random call to my room from an unknown person in the middle of night- the front desk was kind enough to advise not receiving the call. The pillow cover sheet had some dust stains too- pls wash it well. Also, the towels looked tired and old for a new hotel- it should be replace with new and good quality ones. Thanks.

Amenities of the room

I was blocked in, in the parking garage in the morning. I notified the front desk she said “ok I will get right on that” 2.5 hours later about to be late for my flight I asked if they have found the person. Turns out she did not understand what I was saying. As soon as someone who spoke English came and helped she made one phone call and with in 2 min the car was being moved.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly! The location is perfect- easy for us walkers to get to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We loved having a kitchenette for early breakfasts and the occassional DiDi Food/Uber Eats dinners. The selection for TV was great- and the added bonus of TV in dining area. Great to have laundry facilities as well. As we are walkers, it was perfect to walk to the zocalo and visit many museums in the historic center, and also walkable to the Zona Rosa and Chapultapec Park. A couple of cinemas nearby- making this hotel perfect!

No freezer in the mini-fridge

The location may seem a little unusual at the corners of some busy streets, but right around the corner is the beautiful neighborhood of Juarez/Cauhuatemoc and wonderful restaurants and cafes. The Van Gogh exhibit is right there and also the wax museum ;) The room is huge but very sterile with no character. THat's okay, it had a lovely suite but no kitchenette, just a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Two giant TVs, a bedroom that closes, my room on the 6th floor had no view, but it was very comfortable.

A little kitchen area w sink and stovetop would be great for extended stays.

The suite was very modern with things like USB outlets, motorized blinds and a safe. Our room was very calm and quiet. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom with a good shower.

Don't belive what you see at Booking. We thought we booked a suite with a balcony at a high level, but got one without balcony on the second floor out of seven. However, the balconies face the rather noisy street, while the others rooms are on the quiet backside of the hotel, so we were happy anyway. Everyday someone checks if you have taken anything from the minibar. But we had the problem that someone had taken one of our private beers. It does not matter much, but gives you a kind of fear that they also have taken something else, (which we don't think they did.) The cleaning was OK, but could be better. The internet was rather poor.

The good things - size of the appartment, bathroom with amazing jacuzzi bath, location, two TVs that can play Netflix and prime.

Some things made you understand why it was not more expensive -WiFi was not good and our blinds didn’t work and did not get fixed when we asked so we were woken up early. Only one robe was provided which was slightly dirty - not a deal breaker! We were hoping we’d be able to cook but not too much kitchen space with this type of booking but lots of unnecessary living room space.
