We made reservation after 3pm on the day of our stay. There was an immediate response from the hotel. As they do not have a receptionist present at the hotel at all times, we were given access code for the entrance and the room via What's Up. The communication was clear and quick. We were given really nice comfortable room with the view of park and sea in the distance. We found the room nice and clean. I was also pleased about their non smoking policy. The room had all facilities you would need for short stay...fridge. kettle, hair dryer, shampoos, even rack for drying clothes. The location was just perfect...2 min walk to tram that takes you to Alicante, supermarket just downstairs and short walk to sea front. I would always book this hotel if staying around El Campello.

The apartment was ideally located for the beach, parking and the tram to alicante or benidorm. (Parking 3euros per 24 hours)

Very clean, large and comfortable bath, comfortable bed.

No elevator, very long staircase to the first floor. I spider fell on our bed and gave us a scare!

Accessible to the beach town etc…. Code for the door easy to operate .. was worried about the stairs but it was perfectly fine. Loved the touch of sweets and a drink for New Year Thankyou

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable with 3 pillows each on a double bed! Great location , close to everything. It wash handy to have a fridge too , there was a kettle and 2 tea bags , but no coffee sachets. The shower was really hot on the first afternoon , but in the morning it was cold.

That you can’t check in until 3pm and have to check out by 11 am . The top cover on the bed had bleach stains on it.

The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The bed, though small, was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. Automatic check-in was straightfoward.

The room felt very small.
