Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open kitchen/livingroom and balcony towards sea (morning sun) was clean and new. Found beds comfortable, kitchen enabled small cooking and coffee making, good size fridge and freezer. Location was good, just a short walk to tram, beach, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. Gym was private and pool area looked nice. The reception was staffed nearly all day, personnel was welcoming and friendly.

Nothing serious to mention. Livingroom area was not very spacious, a bit tight with the storage room, owen and the size of the owen pan did not match, missed filtered coffee instead of capsules. Generally, it would be nice to see the layout/floorplan of the apartments somehow before booking.

Clean, modern, spacious, friendly staff, very safe

Just some suggestions - it would be great to have the facility to segregate rubbish in each apartment (green bin, food waste bin with compostable liner etc) given that the appropriate on-street waste facilities are available to facilitate this. This would encourage guests to recycle as it would be made easier for them to do so. Also, it would be very handy to have some hooks on doors, walls etc for hanging up jackets, bags etc as there are only a small number of hangers in each wardrobe. We found that we had to leave these things on the back of kitchen chairs - this is of course only something minor but it’s the little things that make the difference!

Excellent location, great and friendly staff, comfortable apartment. Apartment equipped with all what one might need during the stay. Spacious balcony.

First, it would be great to have more hangers in the wardrobe. The wardrobe itself is quite non-functional: there are almost no shelves, hence it was quite difficult to store all the clothes. The biggest complaint is that bedside tables have no drawers. Those could be quite handy to store small items. Also, be careful with the cooker. It is easily overheating going into limbo mode for the while until its cooled down, which might be annoying when you're trying to prepare a meal.

Great apartment, it was very clean, spacious and with great views. The balcony was very nice to enjoy the breakfast in the early sunshine or relax in the evening. It had everything you need for cooking. The staff was very nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great, they lend us chairs and a sun umbrella for the beach. It is very close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets around. The swimming pool is small but it was never crowded so it was great to cool down in the heat.

The sofa needs a cleaning service and the pans and pots need also a replacement as they were very scratched.

perfect and location brilliant - near beach/supermarket/trams/buses and wonderful pool and staff who were always there to help from the Manager/assistant Manager and cleaners - they staff were very efficient you could not ask for more and their kindness and friendliness as my partner had a disability - I me and Mick would to say thank you for best holiday ever!!!!! xxxx

I liked everything - nothing could be better - the hotel was definitely value for money!!! There is nothing you could not dislike there - balcony showing a stunning view of the mountains/sea was very special!!!! Sitting out in the evening was a treat!!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect! I cannot praise these apartments enough, exceptionally clean, comfy beds, kitchen was very well equipped, lovely large balcony with 2 sun lounger’s & a table & chairs, perfect for lying in the sun or having something nice to eat & drink on the lovely warm evenings. Swimming pool very clean & has loungers too. Greeted in reception by very welcoming & friendly staff & nothing is to much trouble. Juan was very helpful. Location is great, few minutes walk down to the beach where there are lots of places to eat, few shops & gorgeous marina. A few minutes walk up to the tram station & supermarket & a market on Wednesday’s & Sunday’s. Also if your departure needs to be a later one but you need to be out the apartment, no stress, they have lockers to keep your luggage & a restroom to change & freshen up or shower before you leave at no extra cost. We’ve stayed in El Campello for quite a few years in different apartments this is by far the best. Would definitely recommend for a lovely relaxing break, we will definitely be back 😊

Not a thing.

The 2 bedroom apartment is amazing - a good size with all utensils. 2 sun loungers on the balcony, sun goes at 3pm because of the overhang from the apartment above (end September). Nothing is too much bother for the staff and there is a selection of paperbacks to choose from at reception.

Having to vacate the apartment for 3 hours for cleaning instead of leaving when the maids arrived. You can though get seats and umbrella from reception for taking to the beach.

Apartment was a good size, everything we needed for our stay. Great balcony, with sun from morning to late afternoon. Sun lounger and table with chairs fitted comfortably on the balcony. Use of safe, heating/air conditioning, WiFi and laundry room included at no extra cost. Quiet location and apartment. Great location, short walk to the beach with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Tram station and bus stop 5 minutes walk, we were able to transfer from the airport to El Campello for two people for 10 euro. Staff very helpful, the girls on reception always had a welcome smile, and were happy to help with information and requests.

Can’t fault it.

The location is excellent, the apartments are very modern with everything you could need for a self catering stay (if you really want to cook!) Great shower and the place was spotless. The staff were fab, very friendly and greeted us with a smile every time we passed reception. We arrived at 11pm but we had been sent very clear instructions on how to access the building and the apartment since the reception closes at 8.30pm. We stayed in room 601 and had a great sea view with partial sun until about 2pm. Ahoy booked transfers and worked out perfectly both ways

It just one small thing...when there are two people in an apartment, it seems a little mean that only one sun longer is provided. I did ask for another one but was told there wasn't enough space on the balcony...

Our expectations were high based on the reviews and the pictures. And it did not disappoint. Absolutely faultless. Spotlessly clean and convenient location for the local tram service and local shops, beach area and coffee shops. The staff were super friendly and attentive. It definitely felt like a boutique ‘hotel’.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. Can’t even think of one thing and we are pedantic about where we stay on Holiday.
