The bed was at the top of my list, and it was absolutely perfect. The pillows were better than most hotel pillows I've experienced. Although I didn't take part, the entertainment options in the lobby would be fantastic for my family. The staff went above and beyond by running the shuttle on my first day, even though it was the off-season. Overall, everyone was incredibly helpful, kind, and engaging. The room was clean, well-organized, and the small fridge was a nice touch.

There is a microwave on every floor near the elevators, though it's a bit awkward to use down a long hallway. Still, I appreciated having the option. The water pressure was on the lower side. It's also worth noting that they allow animals, which may affect your allergies as it did mine. However, I didn't notice any signs of pet hair or other issues—everything was very clean.

The property was well maintained …. When I walked in I can smell cleaning products … decor is overly.. beds are soft … rooms are up to date .. one of the best hotels I seen in OC other ones are rinky dink … Aloft/Tru/Cambria may be the best ones down there .. ooohhh… the staff was lovely … great hospitality.. the pool area is lovely feel like u on a lil small island… nothing bad to say at all … my air didn’t get real cold but other than that I’d still give it a “high” rating..

The hotel was bright and colorful as you entered the lobby. It had a fun vibe to it. It was clean and in excellent condition. The property has a small beach and able to go on boat tours from the hotel. The room was spacious. The view of the pool and ocean was great from the room's balcony. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants with a bar and grill next door. Mini golf and ice cream/candy store are also nearby. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel but the hotel offers shuttle service to the beach across the street.

Location, pool. The fact that there was an indoor pool at a small property, the tiki bar, and the games, were really fantastic - the bar area was beautiful and welcoming. The lounge area too. Cool way to get eats. A bit expensive snacks, but such are the times.

The indoor pool needed to have the tile cleaned for sure -- it was brownish. Our room's carpet was a bit stained. The plumbing parts and toilet paper holder are a bit dusty. The soap dish was not spotless and the trash can was peeling off the coating.

The location is amazing and everything is close, of course 5 - 10 mins walking distances. Balcony view was amazing and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I did have a fair share of flies to kill. When we came in it was ridiculous. We don’t know if it was from a door being left open or the vent in the bathroom, which we just covered with a towel. But after that we were all fine. To add, room service does need to be requested which we did not know (for new sheets / towels, etc.)!

Everything about Aloft was just excellent. The Aloft is close to the beach, only a short walk away. The view from my room was wonderful; even though it was the Bay, it was still amazing.

There was nothing I did not like, and I will go back every time I visit Ocean City. I am from Salisbury, MD, and I enjoyed the heated pool, food, and free music. The Christmas decorations were also excellent.

Everyone was friendly, especially the front desk person who was there when we arrived and helped with our check in. I don't remember her name but she was a beautiful african American young lady. SUPER HELPFUL, always polite and always had a smile on her face. I would definitely come back because of her. The young bartender was also amazing and helpful. Loved there was a heated indoor pool and that pets are free and welcome, Any size. Was super pleased with this place and all the workers here.

There was some left over open creamers and trash left in the cup of our room by the coffee machine, I did get coffee downstairs though.

Perfect for our 2 day trip! And our room had a perfect view and location. Lived the outdoor area although the pool was small. Loved the shuttle to the beach but we had to walk back. Loved the water taxi that we took from Secrets!

The pull out couch was very uncomfortable with a very thin old mattress. The hallways smelled musty. The pool was small although beautiful area and clean.

Very nice, new property right on the water for the inlet bay. The pool, private beach area, and bar out back were a welcome addition. The staff was courteous and helpful as we needed to change sides of the hotel as it was Harley bike week and the front side was fairly noisy.

Our stay was relatively expensive. Perhaps it was due to the influx of last-minute summer travelers with Harley bike week going on. $300/night for a standard hotel did seem steep regardless. Would go again if it wasn't that pricey.

Lovely location, great staff and room

They let the dogs get in the pool with everyone else. This is fine in the comfort of one’s home, but in a public setting, this is problematic and I unfortunately don’t feel comfortable so I did not utilize the outdoor pool.
