Good value for money. Spacious bathroom and balcony. Hotel was spotless and staff friendly. Never had any trouble finding a sunbed by the pool. We were at the back with a nice view over the mountain and waterway. Good location with lots of supermarkets and shops nearby and a range of restaurants and bars. Close to the beach, with a pleasant walk to Port d'Alcudia. Easy to get around by bus.

Fittings in the apartment were a bit 'tired' such as couple of small worn patches on the sofa cushion. Lacked any cleaning equipment in the kitchen. It was quite noisy in the evening from the nearby pub and hotel next door, but it wasn't too noticeable with the patio door closed and it didn't go on too late. Local buses were very busy on a Sunday morning, so difficult to get to the market in Alcudia.

The hotel met all our expectations. Nice room, kitchen, large balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to manager Maria, who helped us with check-in. It was quiet around the hotel at night, we slept with the balcony door open. We really liked the breakfasts at the hotel. Dinners are new and themed every time. You can buy right on the spot - very convenient. In the evenings there are entertainment shows for children and adults. There are many bars, restaurants, shops near the hotel.

Good location, pool is nice enough, clean and tidy. My kids LOVED the kids club! Would highly recommend staying, would be happy to stay there again!

The kitchen and bathroom seem old and a bit out of date, but totally functional. Also - no dish soap is provided even though you are expected to clean everything before you leave in the serviced apartments...seemed v strange as I can't imagine many tourists would bring this/ need to buy without throwing 95% of the contents away before they leave.

It is close to the beach and the main hotel / building has a big enough lift, if you are travelling with a bike. If you are in an other area of the hotel, you'll have to carry your bikebag up the stairs. Breakfast was good (buffet style)

The walls are naturally too thin. There was a family with kids next to me and above me and I heard every word they said. You have two keys, one for the room and for electricity (I guess I'll just call it the swtich key, like keycards in a hotel), and so if I left the room, I couldn't leave my bike computer or any other device charging, because the ports didn't work :/ I could only charge my things when in the room. (In terms of safety this is good, but a bit inconvenient. ) Checkout time not negotiable, so you'll have to get out at 11:00 (luggage room is available however).

The place is excellent. I did not expect this of a 3 star place. The staff are genuinely caring and they do everything to make you feel welcome. Every request is met with a smile and with an honest attitude. Really loved it. In terms of meals : we took this option as well because the rate was 10 euro per person per meal (breakfast and dinner). We did not expect much to be honest but were surprised with the breakfast buffet (excellent choices, delicious and good quality food). Dinner was great as well. Great choices and different menu every night. You guys should have 4 stars for how amazing you are. Thank you again for this stay and your warm smiles.

Coffee and juices. Not great but I guess there is always room for improvement wherever you go :)

Our room was one room with bed, dinning room and kitchen - which was perfect size for 2 adults and a 1 year baby - especially since our daughter could just walk around everywhere safely. If you come with 2 kids or an older child, a room with a separate lounge would be better, I guess. Small kitchen had enough utilities for simple meals & breakfast.

For a self-standing baby, the shower and pool area are quite slippery.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and in the kitchen there's a sofa (not very comfortable). You can sit and have a drink on the balcony. You can make your breakfast in the kitchen or pay €12 for a buffet type breakfast in the restaurant - there was a good choice, but it's always the same.

The bathroom could do with some good cleaning - especially the corners in the tub/shower. There's no functioning fan in the bathroom.

Lovely resort-like hotel. Few minutes walk from the beach. The room was very spacious with huge balcony and very clean. Variety of food for breakfast, but could be tastier.

We had a bit of trouble on the check-in - had to wait for the room for about five hours because we arrived earlier. Other than that, everything was great.

The breakfast buffet was impressive and very considerate of gluten-free needs. Our room was comfortable and spacious, with a kitchenette and dining table and even a dining set on the balcony. The hotel bar was also a nice atmosphere and had friendly staff. The receptionist gave us numerous recommendations for restaurants and other attractions. Parking on the street was very easy. The pool and the rest of the facilities were nice.

The walls are thin and noise travels easily so I slept with ear plugs. Pool towels are not free.

Clean ..location was good ...close to everything

Food was awful...breakfast was dreadful...snack bar food was reheats from previous nights dinner I think ..rooms very dated ...alcudia has become very run down ...paths are terrible and alot of local resturants hygiene is not up to even the basic standards ..
