Better value for money you couldn't find! So central, easy walk to lots of local eateries. Clean and comfortable beds, great block out curtains, internet accessible/smart TV, air-conditioning in room, ensuite and little fridge in room, very easy check in (loved the self check-in option). I was very happy to get a call from a member of staff who confirmed the bed arrangement, which was done for us. All in all, a great experience and I would stay here again.

The old little hair dryer may need a little "do not use" sign on it, it sounded like it was about to die, or short out. I didn't try it for very long. The shower also had what looked like a little wet lint or similar in the base, but that rinsed away pretty easily. Otherwise everything seemed very clean.

For the budget price that this accommodation was, we were very happy to find a clean, tidy and well appointed room. The checkin experience was clear and given with adequate advanced notice. This was a self checkin service that worked very effectively and we did not need to communicate with the facility at all. This made for a quick and easy checkin and check out. The location was fantastic. Right in the centre of Margaret river. Overall they exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid for a room.

The location is perfect a 1 minute walk to the Main Street. They send you a code to unlock a box containing your front door key this was very easy to use. At the end of your stay you put the key back in the box thus we had no reason to go to reception. The room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Parking was close for our room but there is no dedicated spot for rooms in our section of the motel. Small kitchenette which was adequate for our needs. Overall a nice place to stay.

BedRoom was reasonable size and very clean. It was equipped with adequate facilities to make breakfast. Bathroom facilities were clean with good hot water services but lacked any soap/body wash/ shampoo/conditioner. Table and chairs were comfortable and adequate for two adults. TV was easy to use with choice of reasonable channels. Bed very comfortable with clean linen. It was King size for my long legs and was excellent. Storage was adequate. Location walking distance to restaurants and shops very accessible excellent.

The lack of toiletries.

The room's very spacious and the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen pantry has everything you would need for a short stay. Location was very good, we just walked from the motel to explore the shops in town. There's a nearby café that opens early for a good brekky. Check in and check out was so convenient as there's a key box outside every room, so collection and surrender of room key is very quick and easy.

The bathroom could have been a bit more cleaner, the floor still had some spots of mold. There's also a water leak in the bathroom.

Excellent location being right in the heart of the town so it is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. We booked it late so had to take the family room but was very spacious and good value for the money paid. Self check in was super easy and they send you instructions with plenty of notice. Have stayed here before and would definitely do so next time we come down.

Not really anything to complain about, overall it is pretty good.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are at the Motel - the bed was large and comfortable with lovely clean linen, the room was spacious and nicely furnished. The little kitchenette was useful and the shower was hot. The location was great - right in the middle of town with a nice breakfast/lunch cafe right across the street.

The bathrooms are very dated - need a complete new tile job - having said that, the bathroom was clean and functional with new taps and shower head - mainly just a visual thing!

Location was ideal for all our exploring. Shops, Farmers Market, Eateries, Tourist info, cafe across road for breakfast were all convenient. The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Reception provided a power board as there were not enough power points near beds for sleep machine. Appreciated table and chairs outside of room to use for a light meal or takeaway when weather permitted. Ample parking available too.

The exit / entry driveway near room 16 was a bit dodgy - as in dangerous . . .

Room was extremely big and we loved it, the double bed was extra king size! It is conveniently located opposite a Woolworths, and is right beside the main street which has plenty of shopping and food options.

On our first night, the power tripped and we could not use any of the appliances. Thankfully, the staff was contactable and they arrived within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Hence, it's not really a big issue.

Fantastic location, ample parking, just off the Main Street in Margaret River. Couldn’t fault for a 3 star motel, basic but very comfy, bed extremely comfy. Bathroom very dated, desperately needs updating, then it would be a little gem but then probably wouldn’t be such a good price. Lovely white linen supplied. Lovely to have fridge, toaster, microwave & limited crockery (including wine glasses😊) in room, so could easily make limited meals if on a budget. New Woolworths store over the Rd for any food shopping. Would have been nice to have a sink in room rather than using sink in bathroom for washing dishes but we managed ok. Wash cloths & liquid also supplied. Table & chairs inside so could eat comfortably. Table & chairs also outside which was a bonus for us as love to sit outside. We would definitely stay again as location was great & we don’t get to hung up on things that don’t really matter (as long as it’s clean) but some would grumble about bathrooms.

Bathrooms desperate for an upgrade but this would no doubt change then from a good price motel to much dearer.
