I was looking for last-minute accommodation right before Christmas, and booked the last available room in Margaret River Tourist Park. I thought one of the three of us would be sleeping on the couch, so I was very (pleasantly) surprised to find two separate bedrooms, each with their own en-suite. There is a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioning. We also enjoyed a swim in the communal pool. The park is very close to Lifecycle Bikes, if you're thinking about hiring bikes.

They no longer provide mini shampoos, nor do they sell any at reception, which was unfortunate, because all of us forgot to pack.

Quiet location, with great facilities for families. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and comfortable, with air-conditioning, various cooking options, TV etc. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Pleasant place to come back to after a day's outing. Access to town centre was an easy walk. Parking was at the door, making it easy to unload/load the car. This was our second stay, and we'd be happy to stay again.

Not much to dislike - We stayed for 7 nights - but had to ask for fresh towels. Toiletries were very limited (1 small guest-bar of soap).

I always stay at Margaret River tourist park for our tour group, as they have many units for one-bedroom units and 2-bedroom units for our 2-sharings and 4-sharings. The rooms have a spacious front verandah that fits 10 or 12 people to get together for meals. The location is also quite central, and ideal if we are travelling around the vicinity from Yallingup to Augusta.

As this unit is for disabled, the bathroom has no shower screen, and supposed to have a shower curtain which was not installed when we checked in. The electric blanket was also not working. We called the main office and they got it sorted almost immediately.

I was there for a week and it was central to everything, including a walk into the main town area. The unit was well set up and clean and there were enough blankets and towels. It was very quiet given it was school holidays and it was great to be offered the midweek service.

Whatever the noise was outside the bedroom, maybe the hot water unit for next door, was very loud when it was on. Also, the lack of consistent wifi made it impossible to watch anything apart from local channels on the TV.

After traveling around the city, finding this place was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, and well equipped and the grand finale was... an electric blanket on the bed. No words... which was perfect, the weather was cold and every night it reached 9, 10 degrees. Perfect location, we went to a music festival and it was just a short walk to get there. Thanks for everything

Nothing to complain. Like i said, the unit was big enough for spend few days and relax. Maybe, one or other kitchen utensils. But dont make any diference on my days.

the beds and chalets are clean and great.

but since the chalet allowed to stay up to 5 pax and there is only a toilet available. we should be allowed to use the public toilet but it was locked and our chip do not allow for entrance. i was made to pay for the booking for a day but upon arrival, i was charged again for the full duration. yes, i did get the refund for the 1st payment, but the exchange lost out. also the facility do provide self check out. but they should allow to tag out the gate before dropping the key with chips.

Our location was lovely with lots of trees around. The BBQ was a great bonus.

This is not a complaint just something that happened which is not management's fault. The second night a new couple moved into the next room who were very friendly but initially parked their 4WD across the front of our unit but moved in front of their unit when I asked. They also spent a couple of hours smoking and drinking at their outside table & chairs. Fortunately they left early for dinner so we enjoyed our BBQ and glass of wine while they were away.

Location is awesome. Accommodation is comfortable and spacious (we stayed in a cottage). Tiles/grout would benefit from a scrub. Cleaners did a great job with the limited time they have. Having a dishwasher and oven makes home cooking easy. Win win.

Tiles and grout needs a really good scrub. Felt like the floor was always grubby/dirty. Door lock was broken. More than one key for each cottage would be great. Also a key to the laundry instead of having to ask every time it was needed.

liked the location, very friendly staff willing to help, very comfortable beds with bed warmers which come in hand during cold days. Kids had areas to play and ride their bikes and scooters.

Not sure if we get housekeeping if you stay longer. we were there for 4 nights with kids and had to reuse the towels and bedsheets. By day 4, they looked really grubby. Maybe I should have asked for them to be changed. Other than these, the place was great and will definitely be going back.

Place was clean, spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. Location was fantastic and close to everything. Lois was a great host and gave excellent vineyard recommendations that are kid friendly. Also had a great vibe within the community. Just take a walk within the compound and you're sure to make a few friends. Will definitely book this again on future trips and will highly recommend to friends!

Price was a bit steep during the time of my booking but guess it's summer season.. Else I'll happily stay there for weeks! TV wasn't working well but I didn't bring it up because who has time to watch TV when you're in Margaret River!
