Close to beautiful old town Tours. Kitchen had everything needed - very clever. Great balcony. Room away from corridor doors and lift as requested thank you. Quiet night - we have stayed 3 times and always quiet at night. Area felt safe taking dog out for toilet late at night and early morning as lone female. Dog welcome. Lovely staff. Supermarket almost next door very convenient. Late entry pin made the place feel secure. Big room Comfy beds. Extra pillows.

Hot - would be good if housekeeping closed shutters during day before 3pm check in as the room has been very hot each time weve stayed. Electric shutters - i would like a manual option to open them in case of power cut. As a result i never shut the shutters fully overnight in hotel - for fear of being trapped in a fire etc. but thin curtains then let the light in early.

The location was great for walking to the river and the historic part of the city. Also right next to a market. Very safe, quiet, and very clean.

The bed was too firm for us, making it difficult to sleep. A little complicated to get in and out due to the high security.

Nice place with nice breakfast and affordable prices. Let's say for quality / price this place have a very positive balance. Rooms had enough space, good bath room, and cleanness on good level. Definitely recommend

For me no any big issues.

Room was clean and parking for our car and our bikes was good and secure. The room rate was brilliant value for money and right next to a Carrefour Market so ideal for food shopping if you didn't have a car. As an aside the lifts had the sexiest floor announcer we have come across.

Good location safe parking good carrefour next door. Tours is a fabulous city. Staff were marvellous and helped us for our next stay in paris after booking.com was hacked

Could do with a toaster

Location of this hotel absolutely best. Just beside a supermarket, river side and close to the centre to name a few. There is a standing fan available in the apartments. All in all a comfy stay.

Close to the city centre, good size room, lovely bathroom, all you need for an overnight stay in tours! Good parking facilities, very secure.

Could do with another towel in the bathroom, one towel between 2 adults is not enough.

Good location for visiting Tours and the surrounding area. Close to the town hotspots but quiet and generally easy to park close by meaning a quick getaway in the morning. The hotel also has a secure car park at a reasonable price. Comfortable beds and adequately equipped mini kitchens so you can make a meal, a snack, take a cold drink from the fridge or make a cup of coffee to relax. The breakfast is reasonably priced, varied and self served. Staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here several times now and will return.
