great location on the beach and for shops, restaurants, cafes. helpful staff. management can’t do enough for you. comfortable beds. the views from the balcony are luxury. you see the sunrise in the sea, the sunset and the moonlight in the evening. clean modern rooms, nice hot shower. we stayed there twice in beginning and end of our holiday as we travelled to other cities in Egypt. Abu Ashara supermarket is up the road (try the tahini chocolate spread with their strawberries, the tamarind juice etc). Gad and McDonald’s also short walk up the road as are luxury hotels (Gad is a local Egyptian fast food chain serving restaurant meals floor above). A £1 or less Uber taxi takes you to Khoshary Al Sikandari (try their national dish Khoshary).

We absolutely loved the swimming pool and private little beach. We stayed in the family suite overlooking the beach and woke up to wonderful sunrises and views from the many large windows which were beautiful. The location is in Hurghada city where many of the boat tours leave from, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The overall level of cleanliness could be improved. For example our windows were in desperate need of a clean, which is a shame as the views from them are superb. Also I’m not sure why there are so many curtains. As the rooms are self catering, the hotel could improve on ensuring an adequate number of utensils for the number of guests. This could all be remedied very quickly and shouldn’t put you off from staying at this lovely little gem.

As a single travelling lady I felt super safe, undisturbed and well taken care of. This hotel is brand new, has a cute size, its own private clean pool and beach, where you could start snorkeling right away. It is a good place to relax and to find peace within the city of Hurghada. The view from my apartment was FANTASTIC. The balcony was overseeing the beach and I could see the water from my bed, the Giftun island from the balcony and from the sofa. The sunrise woke me up friendly every day, again I could see the sunrise from my bed. The beach is cleaned every day and also every beach arrangements are well taken care of. On the hotel side there is a diving centre with its own boat so you can start off for your diving or snorkeling tour right from there. There's also a drink service at the beach. Neither in the room nor at the beach you can hear the noise from the city or the main road which is close by. From the main road in front of the hotel you will find all kind of restaurants, shopping malls , pharmacies other shops, a German cafe. Whatever you need is close by in walking distance. The management is trying to fulfil each wish and is super helpful in any other respect , also reserving a bus ticket or my request for a late checkout was perfect well taken care of. As the hotel has just opened and is brand new you can still see some construction going on, but it does not disturb. The hotel management needs some more experience in respect to cleanliness, the problem is how to get experienced staff. The bathroom needs some improvement since after shower the floor remains wet for long time. At the same time the management is trying to fulfil each wish and is super helpful in any other respect also reserving a bus ticket.

Hotel was clean, staff was very kind. They even let us to use beach even though we checked out. Hotel is very close to city center so it was very convenient for us! Only thing since sea was dirty (I guess it is because the ships around+city center) but it’s not hotel’s fault. I’m happy with my experience so far. They even gave us a very good view room which I appreciate :)

Great price, great location, 10 minutes walk to a fixed price super market (which is amazing after the gouging we experienced throughout Egypt). Pool is good. Right on the beach with sun beds and umbrellas. We had a second floor balcony room with ocean views, which is lovely. Biggest positive of the property is the owner and staff, who seemed genuinely nice, without a constant pressure to tip. The owner was very accommodating to our requests, which we certainly appreciated.

As with much of Egypt, the rooms are a somewhat rough finish and cleanliness could always be improved. No shower screen.

The hotel location is amazung. It is in sheraton road where all the shops, supermarkets, restaurants, gift shops are, I stayed in a studio with pool and sea view. Everything was great starting from the reception staff, porters, cleaners and all the others. They checked us in at about 11.30 am and three days later we requested a late check out as well from Mr Mahmoud el sawy, the owner and he allowed us without any extra charges. The studio was well equipped with all what you might need during your stsy . Rooms, furnature and facilities were exactely like the photos on booking. It was a great stay. Definately, we'll come again.

Pool and beach were open to external visitors which was noisy sometimes, but it is good that the hotel owners set rules that visitors have to leave at 4.30 pm so guests can enjoy both quiet pool and beach till 7.30 pm , (beach till sunset.)

location. pool and beach. The chalets is very clean and comfortable. The owner and staff is very professional and if there is something you did not like they do their best to make sure that you are comfortable. first we got a room that was just over the pool and because of the noise we asked if we could change room and we got removed to another room without any problems.

overall the rooms are clean, but we had some problems with some blankets and pillows that was not so clean after our opinion, but the owner was so nice that he changed everything until we where satisfied.

Amazing location with a private beach! The rooms with sea view we stayed in were really nice and clean.
