Perfect location, right in the center of Hurghada on Sheraton Street, cozy, nice room (the best room with a balcony and city view is #310 🥰), everything very clean and fragrant, excellent service and kind, sincere service staff! 🙏😊 In particular, Mr. Taha's attention and care were particularly important and made me feel completely safe and comfortable. The price included two beaches just across the street, both great, but especially Eden, with a sandy entrance to the sea, clean and comfortable. I can definitely recommend this place as excellent and I will be returning to Redcon Suites as soon as possible!!🫶☀️

Really clean and well laid out suite. Spacious. Fantastic roof top, great for watching either the world go by on one side or boats go sailing by on the other! A place where you can choose your own pace of life. Spent our days relaxing, lounging at the roof garden or across the road at the beach. We were offered choices for many different activities but we were just there to relax so didn’t partake. We were well looked after though. Taha above and beyond for all guests! We wouldn’t have made it home without his and the airport’s staff and security’s quick thinking and responses. Can’t thank him enough or the warm welcome we got from all the lovely Egyptian people we met.

The road of property is noisy but it’s bustling with life. We saw this as a huge asset. Once the sun went down it meant there was lots of shops, cafes and bars to explore all on the doorstep. Or equally could watch a movie and have a home cooked meal.

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice furnishings of the apartment and its cleanliness. Everything you need for a stay is there. There is a cleaning service if you want it and Taha, the building manager, always asks if you have a wish or need. The roof terrace with sea view and beverage service is brilliant. Due to the central location - which I was aware of - it was clear that it would be noisy. As far as I know, there are also quieter rooms than the one I had booked. We went diving every day and didn't use the two beach access points. I will certainly rent this apartment again on my next stay and definitely recommend it!

Everything was amazing. The room was very big. Very cleaned. The staff were very helpful and friendly with us. Every problem we had the staff helped us always to find out the best solution. The hotel was very big. Very spacious. The roof upstairs had an amazing view all over the city. Everything in the room was clean and was working very smoothly except the door from the balcony, which was a bit difficult to open and close. The balcony was quite a big space. The room itself had cutlery and different kitchen tools which you can help yourself to cook if you want. We totally recommend the hotel for staying there. It was also very quiet. We couldn't hear anything else from the other room or from the corridors.

We had an issue with the door from the balcony we couldn't manage it so well it was difficult to open and close it. Expect that everything was very good.

Amazing service from the staff especially Taha at the reception, the honeymoon suite was stunning, very spacious, clean, and homely, bed was comfortable and cosy. The rooftop was amazing The location of the hotel was excellent it was on a busy street so had lots of shops and restaurants right next to us , so everything was within walking distance, as well as this the staff were lovely and helpful, my flight had gotten cancelled and the management had managed to look after us and extend our room for us making reasonable adjustments which was so nice of them

Nothing everything was great for my first trip to Egypt

Location was central and close to ATM, restaurants which offer vegetarian food. Very helpful staff, Taha helped us book the trip to orange bay and swimming with dolphin at hotel price. He speaks very good English which make it easy to communicate. Always ready to answer your questions. We could leave our luggage after check out till we came back from the trip. They are accommodative like many hotels here in Egypt.

Our window wasn't fully closing but that was ok. The AC wasn't maintaining the temperature,b it was either going cooler side or if you take heating to compensate the cold it would go towards hot during the night. But we managed. We didn't complain as we were busy for those two days and had much to plan and decided to push two days

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful, with a perfect blend of comfort and charm. It was also excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations in every way. A special mention goes to the manager, Taha, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help with anything we needed made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay—whether for leisure or business. I’ll definitely be coming back!

That i couldnt stay longer

We liked more or less everything about this accommodation. Our 14-day stay was extremely pleasant! We booked a room on the ground floor not expecting much, but the ground floor is actually at least 1 story high, so the balcony had a nice view of the street and sea while being elevated enough to still retain a sense of privacy. The cleaning crew came every 3 days, they were pretty thorough! The apartment had all necessary amenities, and even if some small thing was missing, we had one of the managers' contact information (Taha) and he would send someone very promptly to help us. Overall, I can only recommend Redcon. Thank you Taha for helping make our holiday even better!

The WiFi was very unreliable, but we got a great data plan from the local provider so this wasn't a big issue for us. I still hope they fix this!

The property is in the city centre very close to the main street and shops and across the road there is orange beach, a very cosy and nice beach with sun beds, bar and showers where you can relax. The apartment was clean, well furnished and large, the staff was always available to help and nice. There is a nice rooftop with seats and romantic atmosphere where to enjoy the sunset and night over the city. The hotel gives you towel for the beach and the pass to access the nearby beaches for free.

This is a really nice and spacious hotel. Our room was lovely, with an amazing view of the sea. It even had a small kitchen with tea and coffee facilities, which was a nice touch. The internet was decent, though not the best. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel is in a great location, close to some excellent restaurants. One downside was that people smoke indoors in the Western Union shop located inside the hotel. The smell of smoke even made its way up to our room, which wasn’t pleasant. They also offer access to a private beach across the road. While we didn’t use it because it was a bit windy, it looked nice. For the price we paid, breakfast wasn’t included, and they don’t offer that option and it would have been nice to have a breakfast in the morning. Traffic on the outside can be very overwhelming and no driver will let you cross the road so be mentally prepared.
