Truly a cozy hotel! Relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms, spacious and good selection in their in house restaurant for buffet breakfast and a la carte menu. Neighbourhood was quiet when we stayed so we slept well. Near local eateries as well if you wish to have cheaper food. Situated a few streets away from the edge of dragon bridge but on the tail side - need to cross to the other side if you want to catch the fire/water show on weekends - you can see a bit of the fire from the rooftop pool. Worth the price paid especially coming with family. Good view at night by the pool as well! Staff were really nice and helpful! Plus point for the free airport transport service and seamless arrangement. Family even wanted to extend stay in the hotel. Will return to this hotel on our return to Danang!

We had an enjoyable stay at Cozy Danang Boutique Hotel. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Both connecting rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel even provided 1 time complimentary pickup from airport. We were given complimentary drinks and fruits upon our arrival. On top of that, we were given 1 time free drinks and 1 time high tea at roof bar. As we stayed for a week, we were given 1 complimentary dinner too. Breakfast were all nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there and hotel is also near to the attractions i.e.dragon bridge, son tra market etc and with lots of eateries around.

Small swimming pool for those who wants to swim. But Danang has beautiful beaches so can go there instead.

We had lunch, and the food came fridge cold in the middle. It was then reheated in the microwave.

Fabulous, large, clean room. Very good buffet breakfast. Convenient location for Museum of Cham Sculpture and Dragon bridge. Easy to get Grab taxis to other locations around Da Nang. I ate at the restaurant the first night and it was good. Cleaning staff knocked at the door at about 9:30 am while I was still in the room on the first day, so the second day I used the Do Not Disturb sign until I left for the day.

I wanted to eat at the restaurant the second night but it did not appear to be open. I think you may have to order in advance but this was not clear to me. (The first night there were other people dining in the restaurant but the second night it was deserted.)

My family and I stayed here for only one night but we wished we had booked for a week. The rooms were beautifully decorated, beds were extremely comfortable and everything in the bathrooms worked well. Wifi was good as was the air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Position of the hotel was great for us being so near the river, dragon bridge and Cham museum. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby too.

There is only one small thing we wished for - fresh milk rather than UHT. Not a big deal but much nicer on cereals!

Staff were very helpful and friendly especially Ms Liz and Ms Hari. Ms Liz helped to arrange the tours and airport transfer efficiently. Breakfast was good with wide variety. Room was clean and well appointed. I was given two complimentary vouchers; one for high tea and the other for drinks. I used only the high tea voucher. High tea was served on the swimming pool floor on the 9th floor which has a breathtaking view of the dragon bridge. Wi-fi was good.

Although I did not watch tv during our stay, I could not access to tv programmes as could not switch the language to English.

Excellent boutique style hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here and got a room upgrade with a river side view. Really great view of the city and dragon bridge. The reception staff are superb. Flawless English. And very helpful male porters. Has a good rooftop pool and a nice restaurant. Lovely spacious and lightly designed room. Excellent bathroom layout with a shower and a bath. Would stay again. Great Central location for the city River side.

The location of the hotel is super convenient and close to the airport which takes only about 5mins. The rooms are cozy and nice Staff are polite and helpful Reasonable price If I travelled to Danang, I will probably stay in this hotel again

Our room is large and has a balcony and a view of the Dragon Bridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and has a good selection. The hotel offered a one-time tea and snack in the afternoon on the roof top.
