Everything from the moment I walked throught the door the staff were so warm n welcoming they certainly went out of their way to make sure my stay as very enjoyable. They even helped me purchase things the staff went n bought it for me n than wouldnt take any money said it was a gift as I couldn't find where to buy lantons.I was very touched they also ordered me free transport to the airport.The hotel is in a great spot close to markets restaurants n if not staff more than willing to help.Rooms nice n comfortable breakfast buffet great plenty of choice.I would highly recommend a stay here.Beautiful ppl 😀

Nothing all excellent

The location is between the bridges and very close to the center. Nice and clean room and extremely nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is very good and can be packed to go if you want. There is a gym and pool and bar upstairs. The bank is just across the road and there are some nice sushi shops around.

You should tell the proper address of the hotel to the taxi drivers. There are several Fivitel hotels. This one is Fivitel Boutique Hotel. The big yellow building.

The location of the hotel was very convenient to go to many tourist places

More choices could be given for breakfast. And for the bathroom, a blind or curtain should have been put in there to cover the shower area

We stayed here for 3 days. We arrived at Da Nang airport in the wee hours and so the taxi rate was exorbitant. But the hotel guys had alerted that the rate could be somewhere between 80k vnd to 100k. And that was it, we saved a lot because of this tip. On check in they provide the guests with a welcome drink. The ambience of the hotel is simply great. Spacious lobby and warm, welcoming and attentive staff. They speak good English and always with a smile. The room we selected had a window view and we could see the Dragon Bridge. The view overall was spectacular. The bed was good and comfortable. Kettle,green tea and coffee kits are provided as compliment along with 2 bottles of water for two persons. Everyday they replace the finished bottles and tea or coffee. The room is quite big and comfortable. And extremely clean. The bathroom has an option of bidet as well. Located close to the Dragon Bridge and there are options of food stalls around if one wishes to know the taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Breakfast is included in the stay. It is a buffet one with both Vietnamese and continental options available. On one such breakfast, they surprised me with a birthday cake n that was when I remembered it was my birthday. That was very sweet of them. They take care of their guests very well. If again we have to visit Da Nang, this hotel would be my first choice.

Nothing about the hotel. The stay was simply superb. There can be a confusion if you are hiring a taxi. There is one Fivitel hotel too in the same city. So just see that the word 'boutique' is not forgotten.

after spending 2 weeks at the hotel, and paying more than 12,000,000 dong, the front desk manager insisted I pay $2.- for water I drank! Really got me angry.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. I have never before considered returning to a hotel, but this one has completely changed my perspective. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed by the incredible staff. Special thanks to Cindy, Cara, and Front Office Manager Ivy for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful hotel. I look forward to my next visit!

The staff was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the room was fairly clean, view as great, breakfast buffet was incredible

main part of the room was very clean, but closet and safe were dusty and had not been cleaned in a while

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights from 15/8 to 17/8/2024, and their level of service is beyond exceptional. Cara and Ivy went above and beyond their way just to help me with some questions. I have had a few incidents with 2 of my room. One was the blockage of water didn't get out fast enough from the bathroom, which turned out to be a false alarm, my daughter mistaken that for the rain shower spraying out from the top, so it wasn't blocked at all. And my room ac turned off by itself at 3am making it so hot, which my mistake, didn't see the on off button, could have just turned it back on instead but i called the front desk. The next morning, everyone in the service desk from lobby to 3rd floor breakfast area knew about my incidents and they continuously apologize and making it up to ensure that they are so sorry about this experience. Which is not their fault to begin with. It is just a small issue. But the fact that they are on top of things, really amaze me. It doesn't end there, they went on to inform me that since i am going to leave for the airport at 1pm, they asked me to have a late check out in order to have a good rest before leaving for airport. That was really good because the weather was too hot and a quick shower was really helpful. Then they even informed me that they have prepared a car to drive me and my family to the airport which was way too nice of them to do that. This is really a great experience and for them going out of their way to provide me and my family with such comfortable stay, it is absolutely lovely. Rooms are spacious. And it is clean everyday. The bathroom is clean with full toiletries. breakfast is good enough and most importantly they can even book a grab for me when i ran out of my data and couldn't access my grab app. This is really an amazing experience and part of the travel is knowing that you are well taken care of. And i felt that in Fivitel.

sound from the outside as i was on the 7th floor and I could hear the sound from the workers outside at night. The windows is a bit loose on the latch. But it didn't bother me at all, thank goodness. Their level of service was above everything else, that is why i didn't even bother to inform them about this minor issue.

The staff were friendly and "Ivy" from reception was extremely helpful and her customer service was outstanding. The room was large, clean, comfortable and had a great view of the river. This is one of the best value for money hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam and my new favourite hotel in Da Nang. I will be back in future and would recommend to all...

Nothing to dislike

The staff were excellent! They were attentive and polite. We arrived early to the hotel and they managed to allow us to check-in earlier. They also offered a room upgrade with an amazing view of the Dragon Bridge. The location is central to restaurants/pubs and shopping districts. The breakfast provided had a wide selection of western and asian options. All delicious! During our stay the weather was cold and wet. The staff kindly suggested multiple indoor activities which was much appreciated! When we checked-out, the staff surprised me wearing party hats and a birthday cake which was incredibly heart-warming and lovely. I would definitely come back to stay with Fivitel!

The weather (wet and cold) made it difficult to sight-see but we did manage to go to nearby sites (Lady Buddha, Marble Mountain).
