The reception staff and Mr. Hoang who took me to the airport were all very nice people and I had a comfortable stay.

Some of the electrical outlets were broken. There were not enough towels for everyone.

Everything in the hotel was so much grander than we expected haha. The rooms were amazing: spacious, clean, and the bathroom was almost luxurious. The view from our window was fantastic! It overlooked the Dragon Bridge. The staff were also very nice and pleasant, especially the doorman. The breakfast buffet was similarly really good and had a lot of variety. For us, the location was pretty good as we could walk to the markets we wanted and could cross the Dragon Bridge easily to the other side. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Da Nang.

I would probably rate it 9.9/10, with the reason for 0.1 mentioned in the section just below ;) 1. Extremely friendly, professional and well trained staff! They go the extra mile to make our stay very pleasant. 2. The buffet breakfast is super well spread breakfast, with lots of local and international options. They also rotate the menu, so that we don't feel bored if we eat daily there. 3. Location of the hotel is just right there near the dragon bridge and just around 2 kms from the airport plus this is city centre, so lots of food and shopping options nearby. The night market is in walking distance too. 4. They offer a complimentary "30 mins foot massage" to every guest in their hotel spa. This I would say is a feather on the cap for picking this hotel!

Booked 2rooms. 1 - Grand Suite and 1 double deluxe room for 3days 2nights. Slept peacefully in a great comfortable bed. Lots of tourist attractions nearby this hotel, including the Cham museum located directly in front of the hotel. Lovely hotel staff were very helpful with all our queries and they provide honest information. Like when there's bad weather at Bana Hills, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel to All 1st time travellers to Danang.

Pillow too soft and too many beef and pork dishes at breakfast buffet. Perhaps they could add the option of ham strips/bits separately for those that would like to add them.

Clean and quaint hotel with a great view of All 3 bridges. (Checkout the pictures shared) Nice Spa centre available in the hotel. Well maintained and much needed for travellers. Download a Translation app - it will make your life easier. Very helpful staff from Reception - Lobby to Housekeeping and F&B staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. Great location by the Han River - At the Tail end of the Dragon Bridge. Son Trà Night Market is at the end of the Dragon Head side of the bridge. Cham Museum is directly infront of the hotel. Han Market and Pink Cathedral is within walking distance. 20-30mins drive away from Marble Mountain, depending on traffic. At a distance, Lady Buddha is visible from the room too - 30mins drive away. 1hr drive away from Hoi An towards the South. For Bana Hills, book through hotel and there's transport pickup from the hotel. Lobby staff are great at providing Bana Hills weather forecast, so checkout and plan well to get clear pics. 24hrs McDonald's beside the hotel if you need your midnight cravings. Clubs and various restaurants in rows of shop-houses infront of the hotel and in all directions. Mini-marts as well as pharmacies at also in these rows of Shop-houses.

Food choices at breakfast buffet were limited. Not much for vegetarians and folks whom have food restriction. (lots of pork and beef dishes, ham even in salads) Air condition in the lobby not strong enough as hotel lobby was warm, but the Lobby staff noticed me perspiring and went to get me a cold towel. Truly appreciate their effort in taking care of the guests.

Convenient, comfortable and near the dragon bridge. We booked 2 Grand King Suite, 1704 & 1706, the view of the dragon bridge is amazing on 1706. The room is huge, bed is very comfortable, reasonable price and has everything you need. Excellent hotel and very convenient: eatery, coffee shops, market nearby even Macdonald next door. Vanda hotel have excellent staff from reception, room service to breakfast. They are all very friendly and accommodating, thank you Truc, Vy & Tuan in front desk and the breakfast staff for making my daughter vegan/vegetarian meal/soup. Highly recommended and will definite stay here again.

No complain, its perfect!

There is a lot to like about Vanda. Great location! Good breakfast with variety every day. We loved the eggstation and the excellent chef who was in charge of it everyday when we were there. Great waitresses, especially Phuong who was lovely with great English skills. LOVED a little treat with nice chocolate every day in the afternoon. Good spa. Both with the surprising complimentary 30 mins. Footmassage. But also the summer promotion both me and my husband had. Recommended!

There was quite a lot of waiting for the elevators. Being a high hotel with not so many room on each floor. A lot of people need to use them. And 2 elevators means some waiting time.

Everything about the Hotel was amazing Location of Hotel right opposite the Dragon Bridge and shops everywhere. The best part of our stay was the staff so friendly and so professional at their jobs from the smiles when they open the door to come into Hotel ,the pool attended helping us, the cleaners did a great job , the top bar and restaurant with great food and people. Most of all to all the staff in the dining area for breakfast Wow such amazing and friendly people Will we stay again at this Hotel that is a big yes , we will not be going to any other Hotel the next time we visit.

Location was great, very convenient and near many local food options. Lobby staff were attentive and welcoming upon arrival, helping us with our suitcases. Cold towels and welcome drink were offered as well. Definitely helpful in the summer heat. Within walking distance to Han Market and also able to view Dragon Bridge from our room. A pity that we did not stay over the weekends where there will be the fire show ongoing. Breakfast option was decent and staff welcomed us readily despite entering 15mins before breakfast service ends. Room was clean and well kept. Spa facilities were sufficient for 1-2 pax with barbell, dumb bells and treadmill. Rooftop bar also had great atmosphere and lovely sunset views.
