A very practical hotel, well situated in Danang center (west side of river) with a spectacular view from the upper floors to the city and especially the famous dragon bridge. Maybe not so good to explore beaches as it is a 40 min walk distance. Reception, breakfast and other services like gym work are on the top floors. We stayed one night only and our room was in 18th floor and view was amazing. It felt good to use the 24 hour checkout hotel policy, which allowed us to go out to explore the city in the morning, and then come back and calmly prepare to go. The room and bed were comfy. Breakfast had all the essential, plus the view.

The room size is really small. Maybe a little impersonal experience.

The Wink Hotel was a joy to stay in! The room was very clean, the shower was exceptional with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC worked great which is important in this hot climate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen! So many delicious options! There's a bar in the hotel that is open 24 hours. We didn't take advantage of that, but it would be great for a group traveling together. The location was perfect! We could walk to lots of restaurants that are very close by. We had a great experience at the Wink Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

My room was small

Superb, Nicest Breakfast I had in Many trips around the world. Congratulation to Owner , management and team. Many choices to make their guests from around the world happy. I'm an omelet and toast guy and it was perfect. The machine made an excellent cappuccino. Room was great with floor to ceiling wide windows. Nice view of the Dragon Bridge and Han River. Great Micro Brewery quality beers on the ground floor. The Heart of Darkness was far from dark and foreboding like in namesake in P.P. Great food too. I extended my stay for a total of four days. right around the corner from Bamboo 2 Bar. Great Loud rock and roll classics. cold beer and great pub food

The laundry mat on the 20th floor took 2 crew to get my credit card to work. That is another robot that put some poor washerwoman out of work. I do not like robots of any kind. I would rather a human smile than polished chrome.

Great location and views! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even lending an umbrella for the duration of our stay. Delicious breakfast with many options every day. Gym was great.

Messaged me through the Booking.com portal asking for payment through a third-party, tried to resolve via email and within portal, but could not receive any information. Upon checking-in, there was no issues. Continues to spam my message portal with promos. Vague cigarette smells on the floor.

The view is great and the location is perfect. We could see the dragon bridge from the room. Breakfast was excellent except the coffee. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Do not miss the Dragon bridge show if you are there weekends.

The only problem was that our room was on the 18-th floor, just under the breakfast corner and early in the morning there was a rattling of chairs.

The whole experience from checkin to checkout was great. One of the best things was the ability to what's app the on duty staff. Our stay was only 2 nights but all of the staff were fantastic, responsive, friendly, helpful. They helped us book train tickets, shared cabs & arrange a driver to Bana & Marble mountain. Breakfast was also really good, with a wide variety of food. The room was compact but efficient and had a fabulous city view of the city & the Dragon bridge. We didn't get to use the gym but it had a fantastic view as it is on the top floor, also loved the convenience & ease of use of the laundry facilities.

Nothing we didn't like but I think if someone had a lot of luggage they might find the space tight. We were travelling light so it didn't bother us at all.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations. The room was small but everything was so cleverly designed that we felt really comfortable the whole time. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, we could sit there for hours just looking at various happenings in the city. The AC was good, check in/check out was really easy, and the hotel is just a 3 min walk from the riverside (a 7 min walk to the Dragon bridge) which was such a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

There weren't many options for people who don't eat beef/pork at the breakfast - the pho and buns all had red meat only.

A modern hotel in the heart of the City. Everything about this recently built property works, and has been so well designed to meet all the needs of the traveller. The people are the best . Young, enthusiastic and professional. The included breakfast meets all the needs of both the Western and Eastern traveller. Such a variety , and is a five star spread. My 7 days here were truly the best of all my recent travels

Great location, friendly staff, well designed room with a comfortable bed. A like their smart approach to the hotel business and the breakfast was good also. It is excellent value $ for money.
