The hotel was in the middle of Murren which was a great location. It's about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Walking to the hotel from the train station is uphill a little but nothing bad. It's a few minutes from the Allmendhubel funicular. In fact, the view from my window faced the funicular so it was fun being able to see it go up and down from my room. Breakfast was fantastic. It was a great spread of good food. The bed was huge and comfortable. It was a great stay and look forward to coming back!

The room was a little warm at times. Also, the wifi was not the greatest. Other than those things, everything was great! Highly recommend!

Great location. My husband and my grown up kids stayed here for a long weekend. Very nostalgic for us all here. My kids learnt to ski here 20 years ago where we would book the hotel apartment which was opposite the hotel. That was demolished and the new apartment is now there. Great apartment with gorgeous views. Breakfast was included which was greatly received.

On booking the 3 bed apartment it stated two double bedrooms and two single beds in the third bedroom. We were not aware it was a bunk bed (and my son is 6ft 5 !) he managed the bottom bunk but had there been a fifth member it may have been difficult However, it all worked out !

This is an outstanding hotel. It is located just off the main street in Murren. It is quiet and has beautiful views. The hotel is close to the Murren Bahnhof Railway station, which takes you to Lauterbrunnen. The staff is very friendly. I reached early in the morning from Gimmelwald. I was hoping to drop off my bag and go hiking. Instead, the front desk clerk told me I would get the room if I waited for half an hour. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast, which was included in the hotel charges. The dinner menu is extensive and very good.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Close to the center, shops, grocery and to all main lifts. Very nice helpful staff, tasty breakfast (both hot dishes and cold cuts), great view from the window. Good value for money for the one night stay. Room: very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower.

The shower itself. Bath curtain is used because of the space I think, but it is super inconvenient and water got everywhere even though I tried to wrap it and was accurate. Think it won't be very convenient for more than night or two.

Murren is ideally situated surrounded by the alps. You can only reach it by a cable car. On Wednesdays they hold a folk music festival. It was delightful - yodelers, dancers, brass ensemble, oompah trio. The Jungfrau Hotel has a lovely setting - outdoor patio looking out at the snow-capped mountains. The hotel staff were wonderful. It was raining when we arrived and they picked us up at the train station. We ate in the restaurant - delicious food.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Young kids who work in the restaurant work hard and are eager to please. It's a great location with wonderful views from the balcony. Breakfast isn't quite up to German standards LOL, but it's good. Restaurant food was good. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Murren is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

My only issue was that the people staying above me were quite loud. I'd love for the hotel to institute a quiet policy after 9m or 10pm.

-Location is amazing next to ski school and kids ski park for learning. For parents with kids at ski school you cannot do better. - the room was really nice (221)with 3 windows lots of light and one small balcony and a view overlooking mountains and street village -ski in and out with ski room super convenient -breakfast OK, did not try restaurant in evening -Terrace of the hotel bar in front of ski school to watch your kids learning while sipping your apero, nice bar in an old gondola

- charging socket next to bed is missing, had to charge it in bathroom

I enjoyed my stay at the Jungfrau Hotel and had a lovely view of the mountains from my single room. I enjoyed the breakfasts and especially the freshly cooked eggs each morning and the delicious seedy breads, cheeses and fruit. The atmosphere of the hotel was homey and welcoming and the location perfect. I utilized the wonderful nearby Murren Alpine Sport Center with the Visitor's Guest card and their outdoor and indoor jacuzzis.

Location was fabulous. Both from the rooms balcony and windows, the majestic alps are in your face. The room was also nice and cozy and big enough for 2 folks (although I was alone)

It’s a bit in the middle of Murren. So if you have luggage you need to walk from the nearest stations. But otherwise this location is actually great to check out murren itself. Staff could be a little more knowledgable on Swiss pass and BernerOberland pass and how to get tickets to Jungfrau for cheap etc.

Good breakfast w/ expresso and eggs included. Staff was very nice and helpful. The view from the windows was incredible, however sitting in our room, you couldnt see out of the windows because of the way they were positioned. You had to stand up and lean out.

We got numerous emails about the check in and directions how to take the train into town. However they neglected to tell us that the train had been out of service for several weeks (since Oct 1) for repair and would be until December. Thus we had to take a different route to town. Not a big problem but created some unnecessary anxiety. Given that there were only ~6 people staying in a 50 room hotel, they might have offered us an upgrade.
