The views were breathtaking, words just can’t describe how beautiful the views are. Wengen was much quieter than Grindelwald. We’re so lucky we chose Wengen over Grindelwald. With the travel pass you can access all of the different parts of the Eiger Jungfrau mountain areas, the trains and cable cars are quite frequent so you don’t need to worry about timetables too much. The shuttle to and from the hotel to the train station was great, although it wasn’t too bad just wheeling your luggage back down if you have to leave your accomodation early. It was only a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was great. The hotel is close to all the shops and restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Wengen and Jungfraublick and Switzerland for that matter. We found it very expensive, but we would do it again without hesitation as it was just that good. If we come back to Wengen we will definitely be staying at jungfraublick.

We stayed here last year and cannot fault it the staff are amazing and very friendly and the view of the mountains is to die for. Because it had been a very good Summer the hotels were still open so there was a lot of places to eat, unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed on an evening as the cook had retired and as it was the end of the season the new one hadn't started. The breakfast is amazing with local bread and a lot to choose from. As Wengen is a car free zone then we suggest that you get a half price rail pass as this will save you quite a bit of money it seems expensive at first but worth it and you get to go up the Schilthorn and the Jungfraujoch half price. We went to First which was really busy on a Sunday but try the cable car at Pfingstegg there is a Toboggan run and a fly line and a playground for the kids and a great bar and restaurant, and also not as busy as First.

My goodness what a wonderful place to spend a few days in the Swiss Alps. The view is beyond amazing . Fantastic hikes from the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. All the staff without exception were lovely. Thoroughly recommend.

This was my fourth location staying in Wengen and will definitely return. The view is spectacular, the staff were excellent, super helpful and friendly . The breakfast is excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.

A little bit of a hike up.

Special dinners and Christmas sing a-long activities. Comfortable common areas. Breakfast included. Hot coffee and tea offered .

Wish that breakfast offerings changed slightly day to day. (Cereal, type of cooked eggs, baked goods) Surprised charged extra for hot tea after xmas dinner when could have had it free from other room.

Fantastic Breakfast, knowledgeable and overtly friendly staff. The view from our room was spectacular-- perhaps the best of our travels in Switzerland. Breakfast very fulfilling with many options for a great start to the day and really appreciated the complimentary gluhwein and cookies. The game room is also a nice touch for a cozy night in.

The only downside was much of the town was not open for the holiday season yet. While this is not fault of the hotel's, I think it could be noted on the booking information that there are very few restaurants and shops open at this time.

Wonderful view! Has to be one of the best in Wengen. Although an older property, everything was so charming & wonderful. We especially loved the common areas. The 24-hour coffee area/lobby, the breakfast room/restaurant (& amazing breakfast!), the outdoor patio (& blankets you supply once it cools down), the game room with pool table. Every area of the hotel had a wonderful view. And the balcony windows & doors were great so we could leave them vented at all times for the fresh mountain air. The shuttle from the train station coming up was also a must & a bonus (especially bc it was raining)! We did not use the shuttle on the way back bc we loved walking through the town & getting our luggage back down was fine.

The bathroom was on the smaller side & since you are allowed to smoke on the balcony, another guest’s smoke came into our room from outside one night.

We were on our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay Hotel Jungfraublick. The check in process was smooth and the staff at reception were very nice and welcoming. The room was as the pictures were and the view from the room balcony was amazing, although sadly we had some terrible weather the two days we were there :( We really enjoyed the breakfast here, as there was a great variety and the food was so fresh and delicious. The hotel is located a bit further up and a bit of a walk (about 7 mins) from the Wengen train station, so it was good to know that the hotel offered a free shuttle for passengers, especially when carrying our luggage all that way.

Wished we had known more about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel especially when we arrived, as it would have been super helpful as we had to carry our luggage and the walk to the hotel is a bit up hill. So it would have been great if the hotel could have communicated this service before, like through a welcome/intro email a few days before.

The hotel, staff, and amenities were great! Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Even though the hotel is kind of far by foot from the station, the hotel offers free transport, and that is greatly appreciated.

Even though the local restaurant has a different 4 course menu every night, simple options are missing from the menu, like snacks and smaller dishes. Food is amazing, but not every night I want to commit to a 4 course meal.

The hotel facilities are exceptional, including a coffee corner in the hall, and a separate leisure room with variety choices of board games, as well as a pool table, table football, and a game table. The room provides all you will need. The TV also very good compared to many other hotels we stayed so far, lots of channels from over the world. They also provided us with two bottle of complementary apple sparkling juice. Toilet also makes a home-like atmosphere. My whole family were enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Additionally, the hotel provided car to pick up/drop off our luggages from/to the train station. It also got a storage room for us to store our luggages, free of charge, after we checked out.
