The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, hotel is near the center, but not in a very busy part of town, so buses/trams are great to use. Room service was better than my expectations in terms of price/performance. Breakfast was great. Rooms are comfortable and adequately equipped. Free mini bar was very nice to have. There is a market nearby if you want to buy drinks/snacks etc. and lots of good cafes & restaurants within 10 minutes by walking.

Rooms were clean enough, but not perfect. Surfaces like tables shelves etc. were dusty, and the permanent stains on the carpet - although probably from something like bleach - don't look too good. Bed sheets were changed with fresh clean ones every other day, as stated in the information card inside the room, but the bed was not spotless, especially at check-in, we found 1-2 old bits of fluff and small hairs under the linens.

The hotel is a modern, new building in the city but not in the direct city centre. You can walk or go by public transport. There is a huge garage in the ground with space enough for all cars (15 € per day). The room was big and had a modern design. I had a room on the back and a very good view to the city (huge window, down the hill). The equipment in the bathroom, the air-condition, tv (no smart) and fridge was excellent. Every day cleaning was very good. New shower gel ec. The breakfast was also very good, fresh buns, fruits and so on. I used the room service and ordered dinner. The service was quick and the food tasted very well. I liked the Serbian burger (pljescevica) and the shopska salat!! Thanks to the staff of Zira for the very good time in Belgrad.

Please check the lift because there is noise when the doors close.

Modern and very comfortable hotel with an amazing staff that do everything to accommodate guests and make them feel welcome. Room was very nice with great bed and absolutely the best shower that exists! The hotel restaurant provides delicious food and impeccable service. Reception staff was amazing: we had to change our dates at the last minute, and they were so flexible and quick to arrange everything for us - very thankful for this! All in all - amazing experience in the heart of Belgrade.

A decent hotel, amazing bed with lots of pillows, diligent cleaning. No noise or disturbances. 15 minutes by tram to city center and most sights.

Many machines in the hotel gym were not working, and the gym looked worse than the photos. I specifically was looking for a hotel with a gym, so it was a bit of a downer.

It is a great location if you are visiting Belgrade by car. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast has been according to expectations and it is worth paying an additional 10 EUR per person per day.

The bathroom has been clean with some functional difficulties:  - Taking a shower was quite a challenge as the hot water valve has been partly functioning; - The sink cover has been missing; - The washing tube is nicely designed but very useless.  The noise (outside and inside) protection in the room is not at a four star hotel level.

Comfy beds, large enough rooms with free minibar. Staff very friendly and breakfast was fine enough for the price.

Rooms could be a little more clean, dust was quite obvious. Carpets also could be cleaner. Other than that all the rest of facilities was super clean.

The hotel room was comfortable and I really enjoyed the bed. The breakfast offer was quite extensive and the breakfast room was nicely arranged. I had a room at the 5th floor which gave me a wide view over the city of Belgrade.

Our Mastercards of different banks were not accepted, which led to some payment considerations. The shower was a bit flimsy with a loose shower head which was too low for me as a tall guest, and the bath tub was flexible which made me worry I could break through the floor any minute. Since this hotel was very close to the location of my business trip, the location was great for me but the streets of this part of Belgrade are not very attractive.

My WC kept making noises (evidently when someone on another floor flushed, it kind of made a sound of pushing the water further), which kept waking me up at night, room 310. And shower leaked on the floor.

The location is super. 20 minutes walk to the city, Tramstation very near to the hotel. It was great

Great location, nice room, great terrace for some after dark drinks and secure parking. The staff where really helpful.

No coffee facility in room and could not get a coffee before 7am. Also Wi-Fi in restaurant and bar areas not working.
