Inside the apartment is quite comfortable with two huge bedrooms which can easily accommodate two couples or 4/5 persons, one bathroom and a huge sitting room and a kitchenette. Inside it is kept very warm thanks to a central heating.

The apartment is found close to a huge roundabout which is super loaded by traffic everyday. It lies 30 minutes from the centre and it is very uncomfortable to go on foot, unless you don't get a trip on a crap Pink Taxi for 500/600 dinars (4/5 euro). The apartment lies on the 3rd floor and there is no lift at all, and since the steps are very high (communist period building) it is a huge fatigue to carry a luggage of 20kg or more! Last thing, the bathroom which is huge, has only a bathtub which does not have a shower holder, making it impossible for any human being to get a proper relaxing shower without to spill water everywhere in the room! A disgrace!

Very nice and comfortable apartment. It was well enough with two kids. Excellent location.

If you have too much luggage, be careful there is no elevator. There is a sink only in the bathroom. None in the kitchen. These are just minor notes.

Excellent location. Great value for money. Public parking in front of the building and parking "Slavia" available. Maxi market across the street, and near the city center. Great communication with the owner, she is a delight. Apartment was clean and well equipped. I warmly recommend.

No negative impressions.

This apartment is near the landmark Slavija roundabout between the Vracar district and the historic centre. On the other side of the roundabout is the well known Hilton Hotel. It is next to the Slavija parking, where it costs €13 per 24 hours. This is a very busy area so you might have to wait and queue to get a parking space but I was lucky. I was in the apartment on the 3rd floor, the steps are not so steep so it is not too high. The apartment had an entrance hall with seating area, small but equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It is a traditional postwar era apartment I think. I did not meet the owner, Natasa, but I can say that she was unfailingly cheerful and helpful in responding to any messages. Obviously it is not a requirement to be cheerful, however this is clearly a positive person. I stayed for two nights and the apartment is certainly comfortable for one or two people. It is walkable to other city districts (about a 30 minute walk to the centre Trg Republik, or 20 to Hotel Moskva). The popular Cvetni Trg with bars and restaurants is a short walk away. There is a supermarket opposite.

It is a busy area, on a main road, and with the giant Slavija roundabout nearby there is a quite constant noise of traffic. That is normal in a city of course. However this is actually quite quiet because of the roundabout - the traffic is going slowly so the noise is quite subdued. You do need to work out where to get the bus and how to get around the roundabout in the direction you want but once you get the hang of it it is quite easy.

Cosy and clean place. Although the location is pretty much central, at the place itself was super quiet. A big super market right in front as well as many bakery stores and a bus station. The host was very belpful and responsive (Thank you :)) Parking was not a problem.

The air conditioner on the wall in front of the bed, but just because of its air direction when one is sleeping. Not a big deal when you can open the windows at night

I was absolutely amazed by this accommodation! It was very spacious (more than comfortable for 4 people, huge bedrooms!), clean, spacious, well-maintained bathroom (far exceeding expectations in an older building like this). Getting in was very easy and straightforward (it is always an issue to arrive at the apartment on time to meet the host; here, we could arrange everything online!) The location is also very very good, reasonably priced parking is right behind the building, there is a grocery shop on the other side of the street, and the Slavija square is right outside your door! All major sights (Saint Sava Cathedral, Belgrade Keep, Skadarlija) are easily within walking distance, but the apartment is also well connected via public transport. The apartment is more than reasonably priced for its location and facilities, we had an excellent stay here.

There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. This was not an issue in the end, despite of 2 pensioners traveling with us, but may be a concern to some. Stairwell is well maintained and lit, no issue getting home after dark.
