It was easy and relaxing. The location is amazing, the pool is absolutely perfect and not too deep. The best thing is that the property management was not too picky. No annoying rules or anything, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Every day when room service came to tidy up the room, the left fresh muffins on the counter and ice cream in the freezer!

This is a great location about a block from Duvall street on the quiet end of the action on Duvall street. Hotel had very nice employees that were always there to help and greet us. Teh pool area is very nice with good seating. Our rooms were two bedrooms with two bathrooms and complete kitchen, so was a nice set up for our time in Key West. We enjoyed happy hour by poolside as well as the ice cream bars they gave us at night, Most of all the staff was to be complimented on how nice they were, You can catch the hop-on, hop-off trolley nearby on Duvall. This hotel is very walkable location to the shops and sights of Key West. It was a little pricier than I usually pay, but it was very nice place to stay.

Suites are very spacious and comfortable. Pool area is very nice and quaint. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The evening snacks are a nice touch! Location is in a quiet area away from the busier area of Key West but still conveniently located. There’s a market/cafe across the street which is perfect for snacks as well as morning Cuban coffee and breakfast/lunch! You’ll have everything you need at this property.

The only thing I found myself wanting was better linens/bedding. A comforter on the bed is needed. We were quite chilly at night and felt like we didn’t have enough blankets.

Our stay at Santa Maria Resort in Key West was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, featuring a large double bed and all the comforts we could ask for. The equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our own meals, and having a washing machine and dryer right in the room was incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays. The facilities at the resort were top-notch, and the attention to detail in the room made us feel right at home. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a place to stay while exploring all that Key West has to offer, Santa Maria Resort is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful resort, excellent customer service, rooms were beautiful, very modern and spotless! Mattress was so comfortable, I slept like a baby:) Turndown service with chocolate and muffins was delightful. Beautiful bartender by the pool she was so sweet, sorry I forgot her name.

We ordered food from the restaurant next door called Milagros, the food was very pricey and lacked flavor, almost like microwave food with ALOT of salt. And to top it off, my daughter found a piece of plastic in her meal:(

It was a well maintained property, a great pool, close to Duval St, but no too close. Bike rental and Scooter rental on the property. friendly staff. located close to the southern most end and also a small accessible beach.

The room description was not clear. It did not specify the one very significant difference between the 2 bedroom suite and 2 bedroom villa, with the villa being a "Bi level" requiring many stairs to get up and into the room and more steps once in your room to get to the level for the 2 bedrooms. Also, the common area of the living room and kitchen is divided by the stairs, which shows it as one open floor plan. We stayed in room 24. This a room with a pool view. It has access to a small balcony but the sheer curtain blocked part of the window, and thus, the lighting, We moved them up over the rod to allow the full light. and also the room darkening curtain blocked the mirror. small adjustments needed.

The location is perfect! The suite was lovely. The pool area great (but they could use more umbrellas).

Maid service was lousy at best. They didn’t come in our 2nd day in spite of a phone call they made asking if we wanted service. The third day I had to ask, and when they came into the room, they were unfriendly, no smiles, no greetings and no refills for shampoo, conditioner or soap.

Very comfortable rooms with lots of space. Pool was more than adequate. Contrary to some of the reviews, the service was outstanding - cleaned the unit daily. Coffee, muffins and ice cream bars were replenished daily without asking.

Only reason for a "9" instead of a "10" was the price. Admittedly we were there on a minor holiday week but it still didn't justify the cost. Minor issue - lacked a table and chairs for eating, playing cards, etc. Counter stools very uncomfortable to sit for more than 10 minutes.

Condo, like with some hotel amenities such as pools and pool-side bar. Fully stocked condo - felt like home. In our villa 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath with a separate kitchen and living area. Bar seating in kitchen.Also has washer and dryer inside unit with laundry detergent provided. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff are awesome. Will assist with luggage storage for early check-in until the room is ready. Matilda is exceptional. Assist with transportation and assist with scheduing activities if needed. Location and access to sites and the Duval Loopis great. Warm muffins and dove bars each evening delivered to your room each evening. Kitchen stocked with bottled water and coffee for the keurig. All in all, it was a great experience. FYI, if you require an ADA room, notify when booking because several villas are two levels and require steps to access.

The facility met and exceeded our expectations. Linens and mattresses were very comfortable. TVs worked well. Enjoyed the muffins in the morning and the Dove ice cream bars in the evening; walking distance to Duval and many restaurants. We hardly used the car to get around.

The programming on the TVs was non-existent; the toilet in one of the suites was rocking and needed to be secured to the floor; our room keys did not work a few times.
