The room was perfect. It's not a huge room but we weren't there to be in our room. It's about a 20 minute walk to most things. It was convenient to get anywhere downtown in a short amount of time. Check in/out was so easy.

From the outside view, I was expecting a balcony, which would've been nice when the Northern Lights were out. However, it's just a fire escape and not accessible. Nothing wrong with the property, just a preference and an uninformed expectation.

The apartment is comfortable for a short stay. It’s warm and have good cooking utensils. Bed is comfortable, internet connection is strong. There is a good grocery shop right next, which was super convenient. It takes 25 min to walk from the bus stop (Bus hostel) and 35 min walk to the city centre.

Floor in the bathroom was not clean. Dishwasher had dishes and it was not clear if they were clean or peft by previous guests. There were fresh greasy stains in microwave.

Access with door opening codes helped us that arrival after midnight was not an issue. Apartment was absolutely OK, well equipped. Heating was enough, bathroom clean and good size. Bedroom convenient. Kitchen had every tool and assets what we needed. Parking in front of the apartment was free of charge. Before our arrival we discussed everything with owner via email, provided all necessary instructions. We did not meet anyone, but still had the feeling that somebody cares about us. Two retail stores, pizzeria, cafe and burger shop are all in walking distance.

Size of the apartment was a bit small and did not have enough furniture for clothes.

Great location, super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host is very responsive to messages.

This is the perfect small apartment in the centre of Reykjavik! Excactly as shown in the pictures on Booking and we confirm the high scores. We had all the information needed before arrival. Free parking place in front of the apartment, quick acces to the apartment building and room with the access code and the supermarkt Bonus is right next door. It is only a ten minute walk to the city centre and you have a quick acces to the main roads that brings you to the Golden Circle. The apartment was quiet in the evening and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. You can open the windows for fresh air and there is also an extractor at the hob. We also appreciated the guest information leaflet at the table with useful information and phone numbers.

Although the lay out of the apartment is very good with all the necessary furniture included such as a small dining table and two good relaxing chairs. The bathroom is spacious, but does not have an efficient lay-out. When you sit on the toilet your knees touch the glass shower door. But this is a minor detail...shower works perfect!

The property was clean and comfortable. The room has pretty much everything you need. The kitchenette was stocked with everything you need for cooking light meals. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. The apartment is quite near to Laugavegur, the Main Street for shopping and eating, and a grocery store near by. There is a wonderful coffee shop at the corner that is wonderful, and the apartments are used for tour pick ups.

There is nothing to dislike.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and warm. The Flybus from the airport left us in front of the entrance, we received the code for the keys a few days earlier by e-mail. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing simple meals. We also got enough tablets for the dishwasher, dish cloth, detergent, paper towels, sugar and coffee. Although the bed was not very big, enough for two normal people, it was very comfortable. The apartment has 2 lockers for luggage. The last day when we needed them, they were both free and we left our luggage there until 19:00. The location is a bit far from city center, but was OK. it is close to station 12, where excursions start (10 min), it is possible to walk to the city center or even to the main station BSI (25-30 min)

This is an apartment like the name suggested with small kitchen inside the room but good enough for short stay. Kitchen tissue, towels, tea bags, instant coffee and cream, cups, plates, bowls and pans you named it. Not to mention the small but good dishwasher. There was a cleaning offered everyday during our stay. The location is nice near to bus stop 12. In some travel agencies pick up station options you cannot find this one, then you can search for 22 hill hotel nearby. Supermarket bonus is 1 min walk and the self check in is easy with the keypad in the front door and your room. A really nice stay!

The shower room is very small and the door can barely be closed so the water will run out very easily during shower making the bath room wet. Also no wash machine available like the detail information suggested.

This place is super close to city center, so if you do not have a car rental, its a short walk to the city. It's about a 45-1hr walk through the whole downtown, which honestly isn't bad at all. Considering there are so many places in between. The apartments are very cute and welcoming, I also felt very safe.

The bathroom leaked a little, but maybe because the water pressure was VERY strong. But to be honest, that was the least of my worries. Everything else was great! Also, there's no TV subscription like roku, it's just local TV. But internet was great.

The adage "you get what you pay for" holds true here, as the room exceeded expectations—clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a short stay. It featured a small kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an exceptionally helpful staff. The hotel's location is ideal, with major attractions just a few minutes' walk away and a grocery store conveniently located around the corner. I was pleasantly surprised by the genuine comfort provided—a rarity in places that promise it in their name. Without a doubt, I would choose to stay here again.
