I loved everything about this place and my stay. Loved getting up in the morning and walking out to the pool for coffee and pastries. I met so many really nice people! Ariel was fantastic and so very helpful. He went above and beyond to help! The first day he got me a cab to go to dinner and Nancy (the driver) ended up taking me everywhere all week. She was wonderful and dependable. The beach was fantastic and the water beautiful. All restaurants were great- everything close by! I would definitely love to go back!!

I honestly can't say a bad thing about this place or my stay there.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We specifically booked this place because it had a kitchen and it is located on grace bay beach. There was more than enough room for my two young children and my husband. The pool was nice and clean as well. There were not many people so we basically had the pool all to ourselves. The kids loved it. They also loved the beach. It is a few minutes walk to the beach. There is free parking on site at the hotel. The host - Ariel - was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The washing machine and dryer was a plus! I’d definitely recommend if you have small children.

We couldn’t get the TV to work.

The property was a perfect location for our scuba trip to TCI. The one bedroom apartment had everything we needed including beach chairs, plenty of towels, and additional amenities that aren't typical. The pool was very nice to have, but the beach access was only a 5 min walk away. It is also close to great restaurants, shopping, and cafes. A excellent choice if not wanting to pay the high prices for a property on the beach.

There is coffee and pastries served in the morning, but only for an hour. It would have been nicer if it were available from 7:00 - 10:00 at least.

Location is perfect. Just 3-4 min walk to the beach and the BEST beach we’ve ever seen (and we’ve been looking). Grace Bay is where you want to be - so many restaurants and conveniences within walking distance. Ariel is excellent and helps with anything you need. Absolutely loved the Inn and can’t wait to return.

There was a tiny maintenance issue caused by some heavy rain but owner and Ariel were working to address it. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us! Had everything we needed to feel at home.

We spent a very pleasant couple of weeks here in late January/early February of 2023. The Inn is located at the beginning of Grace Bay village, located close to several excellent restaurants and the Grace Bay Gourmet grocery market is within a 15 minute walk. The building is modern (early 2000’s). Security is by entry code, with a latch type system once you’re in the room. Parking spaces are adequate (we never saw it full), but unsecured. Note that the units are individually owned, so comments regarding facilities may not apply to all units. For the one bedroom unit we had, living room size was more than adequate, with a large balcony with room for a table for four, in addition to a chaise lounge. I was a little concerned about sunlight on the balcony (we were on the top floor), but with the angle of the sun while we were there, there was always shade available. Bedroom size was adequate, with a large dresser and a full closet with several hangers. We particularly appreciated the two luggage stands – something other accommodations should provide – what couple travels with one piece of luggage? The king size bed was comfortable, with no “lumpiness”, albeit a little soft for our preference. The bathroom was adequate, with a strong and straightforward shower and modern elongated toilet. A personal pet peeve of mine is bathroom sink stoppers that don’t hold water, and squeaky doors. The Inn at Grace Bay passed both tests with flying colours. The outdoor areas were very pleasant and well maintained, with a good sized pool for the size of the property, which was cleaned twice weekly. Grace Bay beach is a five minute walk away. A few minor negatives. A set of instructions for use of the two remotes required for the TV would have been handy. As others have noted, there will be some noise during the week at the office building being constructed across the street; we didn’t find it overly annoying. There are no blackout curtains in the bedroom. It would have been handy to have a small wheeled carryall to bring groceries back from the supermarket- the wine gets heavy in the tropical heat!

Breakfast was excellent coffee with pastries and bagels/croissants by the pool. It always felt good after a long morning walk/run on the beach. Many thanks to our host Ariel for providing this between 08.00-09.00AM. Location was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach. Sunbeds available for the guests of the Inn. Parasol is available in the apartment. The beach location is one of the best part of Grace Bay Beach, quiet and spacious. The Inn at Grace Bay is located only 2-10 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, pharmacy and medical center. The apartment has a comfy double bed, a sofa bed. The kitchen is fullt equipped with everything you need. There is also a lovely balcony. A washer and dryer where also in our apartment, so we could wash our clothes.

Nothing.

Location was amazing. Walkable to beach, shopping and restaurants. Morning coffee and pastries poolside were a bonus. Although in the heart of the village the set up and landscaping made it very private. The units were well maintained and in addition to a full kitchen a gas grill was also available for guests to use. Grace Bay is a five minute walk and lounge chairs are available for guests which was wonderful.

There was nothing not to like (except the mosquitos)..

The location was perfect in Grace Bay, and the property itself was beautiful! What made the stay one that we would repeat was Ariel, who was always available and attentive to any need we had! We are already trying to plan when we will return!

I wish that the towels were different but not a big deal.

This hotel was a great value considering the cost of vacationing at Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos. This was our 3rd trip to Provo. On our other two trips, we stayed at a much more expensive rental condo. On this trip, we decided to stay in less expensive lodging and splurge on excursions and meals/drinks out at the nicest restaurants in Provo. We were very happy at this hotel ... yes, we had to walk a bit further to the beach, but it was a 5-min walk right outside the pool gate. The location is essentially the same as the much more expensive rental condo, but we only paid 1/3 of the price. The property manager lives on-site and was always around in case we needed more towels, wanted our floor swept, or had questions. A great perk -- every morning, the property manager sets up a table by the pool with good coffee and delicious local pastries. It was a nice way to start our day on our vacation. Another nice perk -- the property has a few chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for guests to use. We were there the 2nd week in May right after the change-over from high season to low season. We were able to use an umbrella and chairs every day we went to Grace Bay Beach.

This place isn't posh, but in all other aspects, it was great.

This was the perfect location for our family. We had the pool to ourselves much of the time, Ariel's breakfast croissants were delicious and the 3 minute walk to the beach was so convenient. There were also enough chairs on the beach! Rooms were spacious and the perfect size for our family of 3. The washer/dryer was a plus! Ariel and his family were so helpful, too!
