Most beautiful calm, blue ocean water I have ever experienced! My family spend 3+ hours in it a day - as it looked like many of the other residents did too - it was so perfect and refreshing. The head chef, Keith, is wonderful and accommodating. If you ever need something, ask him.

In my experience, several of the wait staff clearly did not appear to like their jobs and exhibited attitudes; "tipping" seemed to be expected. 80% were very nice, while the others may want to explore jobs they can tolerate better.

The beach was beautiful. The pool was always clean. Staff were excellent- always attentive.

When you first get there you don’t get many instructions, you’re left to figure things out. They put beach towels away before dinner so if you want a late night or early morning swim you have to grab an extra towel to prepare. They stocked the mini fridge in your room with small waters- 6 a day for 2 adults isn’t enough to stay hydrated and there were times we were thirsty. The snack bar was a joke- warm waters, old deserts, and cheese sandwiches. The drinks at the bar were very inconsistent and undrinkable at times.

The best beach. The water was awesome. It was like a giant pool with no waves. I thought there would be more places to eat. There was a fish deck that was almost always closed. The dinner was good but the lunch was so so.

The staff for the most part was friendly but I had one incident where me and my wife wasn't being waited on. I got up to get most of our stuff with the waitress just looking at us. Because of my cancer treatments I was choking needing a drink and rushed up front for assistance. Again our waitress just looked at me. Another man assisted me along with my wife. The waitress kept being at this table of 8 white family and would go the other way on her way out and never check our table. She was Black and I asked her was my skin too Black for her to serve. She started cheesing at me but she was full of it. The only reason I didn't make a big deal out of it and call the manager was because I know my wife wouldn't want any drama especially while enjoying our vacation.

Very beautiful and clean. Anything you need was there as it was all inclusive. The food was wonderful and very delicious!

There weren’t servers at the pool to get your order and give personal attention to you. All other resorts we have been to have this service and we tip them well. Your employees would make more money from tips if the customer didn’t have to do things themselves. There were a few restaurant and drink servers who were very kind, friendly, and smiling who enjoyed assuring you were happy. However the majority of them didn’t smile and acted like we were a burden to serve us. This resulted in less tips given to them. It would be to their benefit financially to smile and treat the customers with happiness.

It will be using something more substantial than the word like. We loved the hotel. I made a small request before we arrived at the hotel, and the hotel staff did their best to accommodate my request. The people working for Alexandra Resort are incredible. Smile, kindness, care and warmth are what we felt all the time. Foods at restaurants, ease of booking a place with the desired cuisine. I am drifting back to my memory, where I felt on vacation every second I was at Alexandra Resort. My wife says that she transfers back to Grace Bay beach right in front of the hotel whenever she closes her eyes. We loved it so much that we are definitely coming back. I almost forgot about Icecream after lunch on a hot August day. That was a fantastic vacation for my family, all we did wake up, eat, swim, eat, swim, eat, dance, sleep and the next day all over again.

I couldn't think of anything reasonable that I did not like, so I also asked my family. We don't have one. Maybe, maybe, what to improve, I would have said, I wish the hotel had a shuttle service with the airport, and that would have been so comfortable and lovely to have. A taxi driver who brought us from the airport was driving a little bit too fast for me.

The resort is excellent, with lots of things to do and plenty of good food options. What makes it super special however, is the staff. It would be hard to name all the people, and really there wasn't anyone that wasn't nice, but just a few stand outs in the food service would be Marjorie, Ricar, JudyAnn, Rose and Michael. They each went out of their way to make our trip the best, remembering our special requests! In customer service Pricila was a rock star and really made sure we were satisfied. I am embarrassed that I cannot remember our housekeepers name but she was amazing. We loved using the sailboats and the kayaks they provide, and just hanging on the beach in between our island excursions. They always make sure there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach, along with good towels. It also was nice to go between the two resorts using their shuttle service.

The only sugar free soda they have is Coke, and that has a lot of caffeine. It would be lovely if they had Ginger Ale for those of us that have to watch our sugar and caffeine intake. Also, the included wine selection was very limited - maybe add a Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Noir to the mix. It would be cool if there was one stop in the downtown area the shuttle stopped at so you could visit the shops easily.

we had views of pool. AND ocean! the staff were amazing! from the chefs to the servers to housekeeping, we were attended to very well. I had food allergies, but no worries here. the all inclusive route is the way to go. we stayed in a one bedroom condo and had plenty of space and 1 1/2 bathrooms! beds were comfortable. maybe d service daily, even though we didn’t need it. complimentary 30 minute massage due to 20 minute relay in room being ready. (we weren’t complaining either). beautiful views and easy 20 minute walk to snorkel the coral gardens. magnificent fish! food was wonderful! spacious balcony as well.

only suggestion would be to add more plates in the condo in case we want to eat in room vs. restaurant. room 4309 needed some updating, and repairs, bit maintenance addressed most of the issues. WiFi was spotty at best and we couldn’t maintain connection to watch Netflix. phone still isn’t working on out calls.

The breakfast was excellent with a large choice. Everything was fresh and the staff were very attentive. The omelettes were delicious. The location was perfect

We went to the Blue Haven to dine in Fire and Ice restaurant. The location was fab but we waited 1hour 20 mins to be served. They forgot one of the starters and then forgot one of the side dishes. The food was excellent when it arrived but the waiter seemed confused and very slow. He seemed inexperienced and couldn’t identify the salmon dish. Other tables had eaten and left and we were only just eating our mains. In a positive note the presentation of the food was excellent.

A big shout out to all food & bar servers. Any where we went the staff were attentive and courteous. Special shout out to Forty who work at the beach area. A wonderful and hard working man. Always with the smile on his face.

Our fridge were NOT stocked with water, sodas and/or alcohol on our checked-in. We alerted the the front desk and throughout our stay it was never replenished. Very disappointing. One of the 3 rooms we have, they gave us that is moldy smell. Which got corrected by assigning a different room, but without a fight.
