This hotel scores high on all acccounts. You get a very clean room, where you're able to relax in a comfortable bed and chairs. The room has a handy microwave oven and coffee maker and excellent lighting options: bedside lamps, desklamps, overhead lights -- perfect for relaxing and reading. The breakfast is better than what you'd expect from a buffet, with a variety of choices. (This is not the case in all the Holiday's Inns.) The all-important morning coffee could be a little stronger, but trust me, you've had a lot worse. The room price is a little too steep, and will encourage you to look around, but otherwise, this hotel will not disappoint.

Be aware that the heating system in the room could be annoyingly loud; ours was. We turned it off at night so we could sleep properly. Room 502. Perhaps the machine needs to be serviced. An extra blanket in the room during cold nights would come in handy, but this is certainly not somenthing to worry about – especially if the heating system works properly.

Clean, spacious, great staff and very good breakfast.

The indoor pool is nice but there are some corners around it that are VERY dangerous, specially for kids. So the pool needs some maintenance I think. Also, although the breakfast is very good, the utensils are all in a very 'cheap' plastic. I mean, I can buy a better one at Dollarama, seriously. I couldn't cut anything with the plastic knife... I understand that's easier to clean, but at least provide better quality utensils....!

Reception staff were VERY nice! Vending machine on the 4th floor stole my 2$ for a water but when i called reception to tell them, the very sweet blonde girl from the front desk came up herself and handed us a bottle of water that the machine didnt give us! Above and beyond for her.

I really can't say that there was nothing that i didnt like, except that there should be more channel options on the TV. in French and in English

Easy check in and out. Emilie was great. She was friendly and helpful with any of our request and inquiries. Hotel was in a good location for the event we needed to go to… the taxis were super accessible. One of the main reasons I booked HI was the FREE BREAKFAST! I did not have to worry about my children’s breakfast.

The only feedback I would say is that the cleaning could be better. When we checked in, we had sweep our room.There were a few dusts and hair on the floor. But overall a great stay. Would book here again 👌🏼

It is a smaller version of the usual Holiday inns that I usually stay at but same set up . Rooms clean and spacious . Offers A proper buffet breakfast . Free parking , I like that it’s close to the Promenades Gatineau .

I had to ask the person in reception about instructions which are basic to provide during check in . Generally the staff at the reception at HO are cold . Lacking the classic hotel hospitality.

Room was tidy, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had lovely amenities. The express breakfast had many options and the coffee was pleasant and appealing with the ability to choose from mild to intense flavour.

No deficiencies at all. The hotel is new and so everything seems to be in tip top shape. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful so this adds greatly to a pleasant stay!

The location is convenient, close to main roads and amenities. There was ample parking on the premises. The breakfast was included which was a big bonus and the breakfast area was very well organized and clean. The breakfast staff were very nice and kept the food well stocked. The breakfast options were great.

The beds were too soft. Wish there was more fruit and veggie options for breakfast.

Very clean room and facilities like shower and washroom. The building is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast French pancake was fresh.

The breakfast item and condition can be better. For example, the bagel was finished within 1hr of the beginning of breakfast. The tables and chairs were not cleaned well.

Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of cereals and a normal selection of hot foods.

The only improvement would be complimentary Tesla charging stations. We have had those at other hotels and really appreciated having them.

Relatively clean and spacious room. Big windows.

Pull out doesn’t have drapes sheets on it. No extra blankets or set of sheets for the pull out. Two TVs one control that doesn’t work. So basically we just manually open the TV and whatever that is showing there we just get stuck watching it.
