Cleanliness and location.

The only thing I was upset about was having staff knock on the door twice saying they had to get into the bathroom, while I was taking a shower, because it was leaking into the room underneath us. It is not proper to demand twice to go into a bathroom, when someone is physically in the shower and the issue was obviously in the walls, where it could not be seen. There was no issues of anything leaking, when I was taking a shower, which tells me, that it sounds like a pipe is broke somewhere. In the end, when my husband said I was in the shower the first time he came to the door, he should not of came back a second time demanding to still come in, when I was still clearly in the shower.

It was beautiful, clean motel and it smelled wonderful.

Our room was a king size room on the second floor and the room above us had stairs and you could hear someone running and jumping up and down the stairs until 2 am, which is not the fault of the motel, but the fact that I could hear it so very loudly was very unusual in a hotel. You don't normally hear that much noise from the rooms above you.

The room was spacious. They provided coffee for the machine. With being an English speaker, I was glad that they spoke good English. I was a little concerned about that on our trip up.

The shower head was low. I am short and it was barely above my head. All the texts I received were in French. I’m an English speaker. I do wish that they sent the text in both languages.

The beds were fine; not as uncomfortable as some but could be more comfortable. The best thing was the jetted tub in the bathroom. Overall, it is starting to show its age; we've stayed before and I didn't notice some of the 'wear and tear' in the past that I did this trip.

Some disrepair and there was some noise one night (some sort of banging about 3 am). As well, we were 3 in the room and we had to keep asking for the 3rd set of towels..

The room was spacious and clean. The Nexpresso coffee maker was a nice touch. The heating system was better than most. The staff was very accommodating: they gave us a requested microwave, cleaned the room earlier one day to accommodate our schedule and assisted us with an early checkout due to an upcoming snowstorm. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The sauna was nice. They have a fitness center but we did not use it this time. Close to Gatineau Park.

The hot tub was not operational, which we like to use after skiing. Perhaps it is shut down for good? However, they did provide two benches in the pool near the jets. Of course, the pool water was not as warm as a hot tub. The pool didn't look crystal clean.

Everything OK in room. Great idea to have Nespresso coffee but would have liked some cream or milk cups in fridge.

Did not like the staff. They had trouble solving how I paid room in advance through Booking.com. Staff was sort of OK at check-in but little communication unless I asked what was so difficult. Staff at check-ouy were trying to resolve problem also but were not communicating and unaplogetic. I had no extra charges so I got tired of waiting and simply left.

The area, the scenery, and the room. I love the jacuzzi with the shower. It is convenience and the setup was great. I love the fireplace in the room, and the air conditioner was well needed.

I asked for a double A battery for the safe and was told they would bring it up, which they didn't. On the 2nd day... I went out to get my own

I loved the location. Rooms were clean. They were not stingy when we asked for more towels, plus they gave us fresh ones for the next day. We could control the room temp (major lack in other hotels I been to in this city) and I loved the shower/bath. Clean and very roomy. 5 stars! 💓 New fave place to stay!

Hallway eventually need upgrading. (Carpet)

Our visit was to the Casino to see the Boogie Wonder Band. our room was very clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly, no complaints from me everything went well. The hot tub was not in working order so we went to the pool for a an hour. place was quiet and we got a good sleeo.

hot tub was not functioning, pool was cool water..... could be a bit warmer if there is no hot tub/

Clean and staff was pleasant

The security box in my room was a pain. I use the security box when I travel. I needed to call the repair man twice to get into the box. It locked and then I couldn’t get it open. The staff was efficient and pleasant when they arrived to help me.
