Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt quite welcome. My room was comfortable and quiet.

Desk clerk when I checked in was "just doing her job," made no effort to make me feel welcome. Not a deal-breaker, but it makes such a memorable impression to be welcomed kindly after a long drive.

When I first arrived I spoke with John, he was very polite and helped me find some where to get food even at 11pm. He was very informative with the location of my room and very patient with me. I had a great experience with this hotel and I hope to recommend this location for future visits.

My reservation contained two complimentary breakfasts. We paid for the third breakfast. Both the service and food were good. The room was clean and comfortable.

I wish there's a water bottle refill station. At least it wasn't at a convenient location as the ice machines are.

The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The bar/cafe had a good atmosphere, tasty food, good deals, and friendly staff. I appreciated the convenience of catching the shuttle to Portland airport.

I would have liked access to a hot tub.

everything was clean and great in the room. the lobby had had an incident that left a bad smell but the staff were responding quickly to resolve it. we were disappointed that the pool was being renovated and didn’t know that until we arrived.

The pool was under renovation and we were not aware of that until we arrived to check in.

The dinner restaurant was amazing. For the first time at a hotel we received a breakfast coupon and could order breakfast off the menu and either eat downstairs or pick it up and bring it back to the room. The facilities were easy to navigate and unload luggage with access straight to the elevator. My husband and I were very impressed by this hotel. I also was impressed by their hours of amenities. Early breakfast times for early risers.

The staff were friendly, allowing us to bring our pet, everything worked and was clean.

No outdoor seating, not even a single bench or chair but beautiful grounds.could never reach room service had to order in person at restaurant.

The rooms in general it wasn't too cramped and the pool was pretty good.

The food was good but the prices at the Capitol in wasn't family friendly lol 😆 but overall food good prices bad "high"

Property has recently been remodeled. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. And the king size bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived Sunday evening, we were hungry and looking forward to sitting down at the restaurant. But sadly discovered the restaurant is closed on Sundays. After checking in, we left the property for dinner. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel was for the restaurant located on the premises.

The lady at the front desk was very personable and nice. She saw that I reserved a king size bed and noticed my son with my husband and I. She asked if we would rather have a room with 2 queen beds instead and switched our room for us. The gym was great too. And the warm pool.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was no hot tub anymore.
