Location was perfect for our travel plans. Rooms and commons area were clean/tidy. Breakfast was great, with a variety of breakfast foods available to choose from. Fruit was fresh, hot foods were hot. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Nice property

No early check in. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours to check in, then when we tried to check in 15 minutes to 4 pm it seemed like we were putting the staff out. Then when we were going down the hallway to our room the staff cleaning rooms radios were going off about people bothering to check in early, they should be more careful about who is listening.

Love the location for our purposes of visiting family and shopping needs, restaurants etc First night was outstanding in every way.

2nd night the new neighbors had kids literally running, wrestling and screaming and making all kinds of noise from rolling something against our adjoining door and trying to open it. I have never called the front desk on anyone before. It took 3 calls to get someone to address the situation…🙁 That was at 8:00 pm! I learned never to stay in an adjoining room situation again.

Very clean and new facility, everything was modern in our room and throughout the building. We liked the layout and convenience of the luggage storage and mid room micro/refrig placement, good design. The pool was small but worked and we were luck to have it all to ourselves. Location is great as there is almost every kind of food and shopping within walking distance.

The door to the pool was over sprung and slammed shut, unfortunately our room was somewhere above it, also the corridor between the pool and the hall was ice cold. No room service on a two night stay, that was okay but we did have to ask for more towels and we had to take out our own garbage, no big deal. They had a large political rally at a nearby stadium, we almost canceled our stay because were didn't feel safe. Glad they cleared out before our arrival.

Great stay for an easy rest off the I5 with tons of nearby retail. Engaging staff and good staffing levels observed through our stay.

Some may notice highway noise from the I5, but we found the sound-proofing to be sufficient.

It was very nice and clean. It was very convienent for the truck show we were attending. Parking was not great due to trailers and trucks being hauled, but other than that great!

Breakfast was great. Would have preferred more omelette options instead of just the veggie one and larger cups for the juice.

All in all everything was quite nice

Cleaners. Staff especially the staff that served the food. There is lots of room at the entrance where family and freinds can visit and ear for breakfast. Rooms are comfortable also. Small but good.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. This place is 3 years old and an absolute pleasure to stay at. The bedrooms are modern and clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is the cherry on top! Pool was also decent. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.. SO MUCH STUFF NEARBY, from places to eat to places to shop. Overall a 10/10.

Everything was great, can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The property is easy to get to, very new, clean, and well kept. There were many restaurants in close proximity and shopping areas if needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed our meals at Hops and Drops and also Outback.

Unfortunately, while the hotel is wonderful, staff was very friendly and so on task, as we were leaving the property, we heard about 4 gunshots and then a police car race by soon after. There is absolutely nothing the hotel or staff could do about that so not their fault at all. It’s just the unfortunate climate that the Portland and surrounding areas are in right now.
