The location of the hotel is very good, convenient to reach by car and at a distance allowing a pleasant walk to the center, a large shopping mall and a market, nearby is also a very pleasant promenade for walking and sports to the Danube river. The hotel itself is very good and the staff are hospitable and responsive. I will probably choose it again for my next trip to Novi Sad.

The spa is by reservation, which prevented me from using it entirely due to the unpredictability of my own time. The spa was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, and not being able to visit the sauna when I have free time was disappointing, but it's understandable.

The hotel is very nice with nice friendly staff ready to help you and meet your expectations. The room was big I got a suite on the third floor, the bed was nice and the toilet was clean and big. There was coffee also in the room

The room and in general the hotel was very warm (but this was also in every indoor place I've been in Novi Sad) The cleaning staff must do a little more effort while cleaning, the room was clean in general but a bit more attention is needed. I would also like to see a safe big enough for a laptop

Easy to walk to novi sad, around 30 mins. Around 30 mins to walk to the strand beach on the Danube, great area for relaxing with bars and restaurants. Lots of new apartments built nearby so some lovely coffee shops and restaurants. This is our second stay at this hotel. Taxis were plentiful. Breakfast was good. Good gym.

It’s a little dated but we didn’t spend much time in the hotel.

The AC in the room was good, but could be better. It was 39 degrees outside and it couldn't cool off the whole room. Hallways and elevator were very hot, no AC there. One light in front of the mirror wasn't working. Breakfast was decent, there could be more options but no complaints.

Very large and comfy beds, noise from other rooms/corridors was minimal meaning sleep was undisturbed. Room was spacious and had all we needed. Free use of the spa area was a great addition (you have to reserve a time though). Free undercover parking was really useful.

Wifi was inconsistent in the room. Breakfast - whilst there was a huge choice, there were few guests meaning food sat out for long a time. The hot food didn’t stay that hot and yoghurts/milk etc we’re not on ice.

There is ample and free parking in front and behind the hotel. Also along the road a number of restaurants and stores could be found.

The elevator only started from the first floor which was a bit of an annoyance. If you plan to visit the city center consider that it is still some time to get there. (No problem for us, but could be for those without a car.)

Luxurious, fantastic themed decor, reminiscent of the golden area of socialism. Great location, many restaurants and supermarkets around. Free public parking around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, huge room, luxurious bathroom.

Wifi was abysmal, room was directly on a large road (but room was well insulated so that's not much of an issue).

Everything was clean. The most the liked comfortable pillows and delicious breakfast (variety was standard but all dishes were very testy). The hotel located a bit further from the main city center but it was perfect for our purposes.

The corridor on the ground floor down to rooms are a bit dark.

I would call the atmosphere the luxury of the eighties, I really liked it. A comfortable bed, a wonderful bathroom, a room with plenty of space that is well used. Ivana at the reception, extremely pleasant and helpful. Location very good, overall I felt very comfortable.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms! If you need any help about Novi Sad,you can ask the staff to help figure what you want to see or eat ;) It a little hotel and because of that same reason,they treat you like family! I would recommend to everyone to visit!

I liked everything. Nothing to complain about!
