Perfect location in the centre of the old town of Novi Sad. The room had everything you could ask for; a beautiful view, very comfortable bed, spacious wardrobe, full length mirror, great quality shower products and a late check out time of 12pm. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, allowing us to leave our luggage at reception all day after check out. Whilst it was quite pricey, it did have a very luxurious, 5-star feel to it. I plan on staying here again in the future.

Breakfast finished at 10am which is quite early, especially for a city which has such a vibrant nightlife. However, I must say the staff were accomodating and allowed me to stay and finish my breakfast past 10am. I would suggest to extend breakfast until 11am.

Hyper modern hotel built on top of an old building, located in the very city center of Novi Sad. Excellent hotel staff. Very professional, service minded and willing to help. We spent a lot of time in Kalem by Zak restaurant which is located on the ground floor where you can charge everything to your hotel room. All in all myself and my colleague enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back the next time we visit Novi Sad

It was very warm in the hallways which was a bit uncomfortable if you come in from the cold outside, but everything else was top notch!

The room is beautifully designed and spacious, with charming features like the mirror above the bed and excellent lighting. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring one of the best hotel coffees we've had, and the BREAKFAST STAFF were very helpful. The central location, just a five-minute walk from the old town, adds to its appeal.

The only downside was the persistent smell in the bathroom, which seemed to be coming from the pipes. We had to keep the bathroom fan running all the time to get rid of it. Fixing this would definitely make the stay much better. Considering how nice the room and the hotel were, we were hoping for a bit more friendliness from the reception staff. Unfortunately, we didn't feel very welcomed by them.

The property is very clean has lovely bars and restaurants serving great food. It’s ideally placed in the town centre. The room we had was large, clean, had a very nice shower and the internet didn’t drop out once in the week we were there.

It din’t have a swimming pool on the roof, a joke, of course, but the temperatures were in the high 30’s and the thought of a swimming pool did come into my mind. Fortunately the a/c throughout the hotel was very good and easy to control in the rooms.

Amazing location in the heart of the city with a comfortable, spacious room. The breakfast was outstanding, and the walk-in closet added extra convenience. The room featured a stylish design, a comfortable bed, and complimentary water and refreshments. Parking was conveniently located in the same building.

The room had too few sockets for charging devices, and there were none near the working desk, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom had glass doors, which might not be ideal for privacy.

The reception staff was not very friendly. I couldn't get a coffee 5 minutes before breakfast opened (I was trying to leave early and breakfast only started at 7.30 am) even though everything was ready. The parking staff doesn't explain anything, they make you walk the car from one place to another even though we paid for the parking and at the entrance it says Hotel Pupin.

Nice comfortable modern hotel in centre of town. Large bed that was comfortable. We asked for quiet room so it was bearable but there is definitely noise from music outside so it’s important to be on higher floor in quiet room. Noise was bearable as air conditioning was quite loud. Local chocolate given was a nice touch. Everything else was good. We did not eat at property or have breakfast there so we cannot comment.

Excellent location in the centre of the city! However, if you don't sleep too well, be aware that on weekend you might hear the party noise (at least in the rooms facing the central streets). All the necessary amenities were there, suite was wide and spacious. Restaurant and bar on the ground floor and excellent breakfast!

I expected a 5 star hotel to have an appropriate entrance. But it is actually an office building. the entrance is not visible and understandable -you have to look for the elevator, go to the 1st floor and there is a reception behind the door. Alsi the lounge area furniture (sofa and chairs) in the suite were not too comfy. You have to pay extra 15EUR per day for parking, but parking is spacious.

- The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we had, it was maybe not so varied as you could find in big resorts (understandable of course) but instead everything was of really high quality and very tasty - The restaurants also serve amazing food and the waiters and in general the hotel staff are very professional and welcoming - The rooms are modern, nicely designed and very comfortable - The location is top-notch, right in the historical center - Underground parking with seamless access to rooms and restaurants by elevators It was our second stay here and we really enjoyed everything.

- The intercom placed at the entrance of the underground parking seemed not to work so I had to go at the building reception and ask the security guy to help me enter the parking. But the building reception is literally just next door and the guy there immediately helped us. It's just that for first time visitor it might not be so intuitive and we had the same issue the last time we visited. - There's quite some "anti-tabacco" perfume smell in the 2 restaurants which for non-smokers is not really enjoyable. At least there's no such problem at breakfast. - Last year the rooms ceilings were a bit more nicely designed with mirrors and modern decorations, not sure why they removed these. Anyways, the rooms are still great.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. They have improved everything immensely since the last time we were here, starting from people who are so much kinder and professional, to the room itself. Very positive experience, we will definitely continue cstaying here.

Only a bit of an issue with the elevator, and room window looking directly to someone's office, but it is solvable.
