Stayed here a couple of times, lovely hotel, spacious rooms and very clean. will definitely stay again

Location, The leisure centre and pool, There was a good variety of food on the menu it was delicious. The staff at the hotel are amazing from the minute we arrived until we left !! they went over and above to help and query we had a real touch of customer service like it used be . The hotel was fully booked and it was extremely busy while we were there, There was a bit of delay from the kitchen our server kept us I. formed of the delay and our food arrived when we where told it would. The chef did not disappoint it was fab, would definitely return to the hotel.

Easy to get to, good parking, nice modern facilities. Spotless, nice Christmas decorations.

Felt impersonal and no one did anything to encourage us to come again sorry to say. Several of the young waiting staff looked very tired, pale and withdrawn. I was in management myself and I just felt that many of the team needed a boost, more appreciation, motivation, mentoring & people skills. We were asked too many times if dinner was ok and then there was no attention at all at breakfast. I ended up feeling sorry for the team in the morning which is not what you want! Do not take this as criticism of individual staff, they all kept busy and have the place spotless. It’s a management issue.

The swimming pool for the kids is great. We didn’t have food so can’t say anything on that. The staff are very friendly and great with the kids. Look it’s not a luxury get away. The price is fair for what you get. It’s a little bit dated in the bathrooms. But the rooms were clean and around the hotel was clean. The hotel is in a great location for visiting all round Wexford. We would return.

Price wise we got 2 adults 2 kids without brekki on booking.com €175 His brother booked through the hotel got 5 of them with brekki for €185. So shop round for prices

The staff were so nice from start to finish everyone was so pleasant. The room was spotless and bed’s very comfortable.

They did not do room service, which for us our son is autistic and wouldn’t go near the restaurant or bar. So we always order room service, So I had to go down to the bar and bring food to the room.. I did have a very nice bar man who helped me he did say they were not supposed to help but I think he was a. Amazing young chap who seen that I needed help and he helped me. I was extremely grateful for his help. Overall the staff location and hotel were fantastic I would definitely come back. But room service is essential for families/people. Maybe if a request made on behalf of some visitors should be taken into account. Thank you

The room was up 4 flights of stairs so having to heave luggage up the stairs was hard work. The last set of stairs were very steep and the light didn't work. We did not find out about the stairs until we were faced with them. Although small the room was adequate for our needs but very hot during the night as the noise from the streets below was very loud so we couldn't have the windows open. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch but the coffee and Blackcurrant cordial was disgusting. If you don't mind stairs, noise and being very hot then the room is adequate. If you want quiet nights and a cool low level room don't book.

From the outset the staff were brilliant. I turned up just after three thinking that was when check-in was and the room was not ready so I was initially a bit miffed. They sorted it within 15 minutes though and only when I got to the room did I realise it was MY error and check was actually 4 o'clock. Staff had just said nothing though and simply dealt with it without any fuss. I then went to the gym and promptly accidently knocked over their display! Again, staff just dealt with it without any complaints! Gym had top-of-the-range rowing machine (Concept 2) in good condition so that is always a plus and indication that they actually look after the equipment well. Room itself was a nice size with a good size bed and TV. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water and powerful. Had excellent recycling system. Felt that they really cared about the environment. Clean. Fantastic value for money.

No teabags in the room but given that I had turned up 45 minutes early and they STILL had the room ready I could hardly hold this against them. They also then gave me a huge supply of them AND some really nice biscuits! Can't really complain about anything other than vegetarian choice in the restaurant was a bit limited but that's me REALLY having to find any fault at all.

I only booked a room for 3 nites. But ate in the restaurant for dinner every nite. My son Is Down Syndrome. And i have to say. Out girl that servied us on the 3 nites. She had the patience of a saint. Holly is her name. Which we found out on the last nite. She let my son give her a hug and say thank you. She needs a pay upgrade.

I was a little upset. On our 2nd nite. I didnt report it by phone at the time. Not wanting to ruin anyones holiday. I did report it on tue morning to reception. That A lot of doors banging. Shouting. Was told the manager would get in touch with me He DIDNT.

I booked a family room. Upon arrival, we were met by a welcoming and polite receptionist who had us checked in very quickly. The room was clean and spacious with double doors onto a nice balcony. Good first impression. Unfortunately, we were situated at the front of the hotel opposite the roundabout of the N25+N11. I was woken very early, around 5 a.m., with the noise of the traffic thundering past. All windows and doors were shut. Just be sure to ask for a room away from the front, and it should be fine. I was travelling with my two children, 12+13. The main reason I chose this hotel is because it had a pool and other leisure activities. We used the pool the next morning for a couple of hours. The facilities were great and the pool itself was large and very clean. The staff in that area were so lovely and welcoming. We changed and then packed up our belongings and left the room approximately at 11. The children went to the car, and I went to reception to check out and hand back the key cards. I was met by an extremely rude receptionist who kept ignorantly asking what room number I was. I got flustered and must have given the wrong number as she then barked at me to tell her my name, I proceeded to spell it out as it is unusual. This seemed to annoy her even more as she was tutting and rolling her eyes in annoyance. She was typing on the keyboard in an aggressive manner. Her whole demeanour and attitude towards me were intimidating and unwarranted! Eventually, she found my reservation and simply took the two room keys off the desk and walked into the back office without saying a word. I stood there stunned slightly, I was going to complain, but I had two children waiting for me in the car and needed to hit the road.

The food was good - the menu was heavily Burger focussed - shame but we do don't all live on burgers and a "real meat" option would have been good. Otherwise fine - good quality ingredients. I was quite fascinated with a male receptionist enhanced with black stud facial piercings - he dealt with our registration etc perfectly

It was fine - no problems - except perhaps one point - ordering a drink with our meals took a long time . There were 5 staff behind the bar at one point - talking to each other - order tickets were laid out in order on the bar but apparently could not be dispensed because the head BARMAN was somewhere else doing something....
