This is a small hotel situated in the historic part of Valencia. We chose it mainly for its location, providing easy access to the main areas of interest. The market and cathedral are 5 - 10 minutes (flat) walk. The Nord station is also an easy 10-15 minutes walk, again flat, from the hotel. The only issue if you have mobility issues could be the stair in the hotel - there is no lift. Although breakfast is not served in the hotel, there are plenty of cafe's and restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with the Plaza de ayuntamiento 5 minutes (flat) walk. Tourist facilities such as bike hire, hop on bus etc close by. If you are looking for 5 star luxury and facility this is not the hotel for you. The room would be considered basic (clothes rail, tv, bed, bedside tables - no tea/coffee or water), very clean, bed was huge and probably the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. Bathroom (shower, wc and sink) was very clean, with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, shower gel and soap provided. We agreed that the hotel was perfect for our weekend in Valencia. The receptionist was exceptional, good English, very friendly, efficient and helpful. We arrived early for check-in but we could leave our bags and go out and about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would certainly stay again.

Not a criticism, more a comment. Some bottled water would have been good :-)

The location is perfect in terms of proximity to everything. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are clean. Everything is clean and new

There is not enough storage space in the room, such as a wardrobe or chest of drawers, to organize our belongings. There are hangers, but only enough for one person’s clothes. The room is too small for three people. However, one downside is that our towels were only replaced once during our 6-night stay, and we had to ask for it. The bathroom’s ventilation does not work well, which causes humidity and an unpleasant smell. As a result, towels do not dry properly

Check-in is from 16:00. I had an early flight and let them know in advance that I would like to check in earlier. They could not promise but when I arrived around 11:00 am my room was ready. I was so grateful because I was up for more than 24 hours and needed a good sleep. Bed was cozy and the place is quiet, my window was facing a one way street with not much traffic and people on it. There is a thick rustic wooden door at the balcony instead of blackout curtains and it is soundproof so that is an extra if you are sensitive for the noises that come in from the outside.

The description for the self check-in was very precise. This cute hotel is a perfect place to discover the centre of Valencia. The interior design is astonishing. Short distances to the must sees. Besides a lot of cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Multiple bus stops and the Metro station Colon are just some minutes away…

A kettle for tea and coffee in the room would be a great addition.

- location, very close to the city center but on a quiet street - nice, clean rooms in a renovated historic building - basic amenities were provided

Nothing major to complain about a few things were not ideal: - reception/ front desk only open for a few hours each day, which is generally not a big problem except that the front door to the street (accessible via code) malfunctioned and didn't open anymore, so we had to call the Patriarca team a few times to have the door opened - probably makes me reconsider whether I'm chosing accomodation without 24-hour reception again in the future (the issue wasn't fixed throughout the 3 nights we stayed there but it was probably taken care of at some point) - rooms are quite small and the bathroom is only divided with a sliding door, so privacy was a bit lacking - the walls in the building are really thin and it was a bit noisy sometimes

Very central easy walking distance to all sights and restaurants. The rooms were nice clean and had lovely Juliet balcony the larger room had several windows bright and spacious. The staff at the desk were very helpful accommodating when others in our group asked to change to lower floor room. Nothing was a bother.

Loved everything about the property would definitely return.

It was exactly what I needed! I was there for a short stay on my own - the room had a single bed and enough space to be comfortable. There was a lovely big window letting in lots of light, with curtains to keep out the sunlight in the morning. The AC worked well. The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows! Bathroom was fine, with good pressure in the shower. The staff were very responsive when I contacted them and helpful.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner (there was a foil lid on the floor near the loo when I entered, meaning the floor wasn't cleaned properly), but it was fine. The only real drawback for me was the reception is not 24-hours so I could not leave my bag there when I checked out. This was solved by taking it to a nearby storage locker, but its always preferred to leave it at the hotel.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time and we received the room, this was so nice! The location is super, friendly staff The cafe on the ground flour, don't miss it. Good food, good coffee. on the last day we were able to leave our baggage for a few hours at the reception

The room very small, the shower...the design of it...all the humidity and the water in the bedroom. No space to put the clothes (no waredrob, because there is no space), just a bar and a small bench. Lucky that we had a small baggage.

The location is amazing and the room was small but had everything I needed. I also loved having a little balcony and some outside space. It's worth mentioning that the cleaner did a fantastic job and left the room spotless every day.

The drawback to the location being great was that, as I was there during the fallas celebration, the Valencians were out drinking in the streets until 4am which made it hard to sleep. Maybe I should have joined them! In addition, the person working at reception did not seem to know much about Valencia itself.

As a solo traveler I found this hotel very comfortable, safe and great central location. ( walking distance to so many things and very close to hop on hop off bus) . I was worried about noise from other guests, doors closing etc or outside but I didnt hear anything all night. The room was cosy and clean with a TV , air con, priavte bathroom, hairdryer, towels and toiletries. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. For the price this was excelent value

liked everything, I had a lovely stay.
