Hotel can’t be more central. You have a nice view to the street and even part of a square. Building itself is old and its spirit is kept wisely. Terrace has a surprisingly good rooftop view, even in winter you can enjoy the sun and a view. We took breakfast, it’s very basic, there are essentials: boiled eggs, musli and Jogurt, little choice of ham and cheese and variety of pastry, coffee of course. But it worth the small price for it.

Room itself is spacious, little bit “tired”: paint on the walls can be refreshed, mattress lost its form, etc. but all functions. Soundproofing is absent, but hotel clearly states it, so it is expected. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, personnel is beyond helpful and friendly. Recommend.

Near to Plaza de Ayuntamiento, easily accessible by public transport. The staff are polite and friendly, the room is not too big but it is large enough for one person, it has all the essentials. The air conditioning is quiet, you can help it with a ceiling fan, if you need. The window faces a lighted courtyard but for me this was not a problem.

Not really a criticism, and only a problem for wakeful sleepers, but the soundproofing of the room is not very effective, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. Breakfast is fresh and delicious (sweet pastries, fruit and cold cuts, bread, rolls, cheese, etc.), but after a while it gets monotonous. Would be great for a mini fridge.

The hotel is in a great location and the reception staff are lovely and very helpful. We had a triple room, small but perfectly formed! Great water pressure in the shower. Lovely roof terrace which we used twice. Didnt have breakfast there because they had some small renovations going on but lots of cafes and bars etc in the vicinity. The beds abd pillows are super comfy

The hotel was perfectly adequate for our stay. The lift is a bit antiquated but it works and this is an old building so to be expected. Other than that its a very nice little hotel

Centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel room was basic and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast with a lot of sweets but there were also cereals, yogurt and bread. Staff very friendly.

The only negative was that there was no tea water. We had to heat water in the microwave in a very small cup. The staff at breakfast the first two days were extremely service minded. The remaining three days were unfortunately not as good. The person disappeared out and several times we had to search in cupboards and solve as best we could.

Great location, lovely staff, canteen and elevator available, lovely view from the rooftop terrace, luggage storage, good size room and bathroom chosen for 2 of us, ample lighting, ceiling fan worked well.

Bath was visibly dirty upon arrival, however, cleaners are available daily and are friendly to talk to. Walls are a little thin too, and if your room is near the elevator you may hear it move up and down the shaft when called, but it was not too noisy.

Friendly and efficient service. A well-organised place, smooth running, with needs anticipated and delivered. The location is central, and a back room was quiet The room was small but smart and fresh. The breakfast was modest but all I needed, and no fancy pretentions. The roof terrace was good for morning yoga!

It ticked all boxes really. A mini fridge and kettle would have been heaven! Maybe in larger rooms?

We stayed four nights. The only problem was that the walls are too thin, and some guests are really noisy when they arrive and leave in the deep of the night, or quarrel, or have screaming babies. This is very upsetting, especially if your room is squeezed between two others. TV is working, but all channels are in Spanish, so we switched it off and used the socket to recharge our mobiles.

Very good location, you're steps a way from main atractions in the old town. The staff was very friendly and checked us in when we arrive couple of hours earlier. Rooms are quiet. Receiption works 24/7 which is great. They also have terrace on the upper floot. We just had a peek, it looks nice to have a sandwitch or fruits here or to catch the sun.

They have old-style lock keys, so you have to carry the key with yourself. Not a big minus though.

This was a super friendly hotel. I was travelling alone and do not speak any Spanish and the reception staff were really helpful translating messages from tour operators for me and even speaking the the taxi driver back to the airport to sort out a very small problem. The location was excellent I walked everywhere. I felt very safe as a single woman travelling alone in this hotel. Highly recommend
