Great service and communication with hotel staff. Very nice rooms and THE BEST location, right next door to the train station. Parked our vehicle once (10CHF per day) and used the train for our three days of activities in Zermatt. Couldn't have been a better stay. We really enjoyed it and great price.

This hotel was very good. The breakfast was nice and the beds were comfy. The location was also perfect. Also, the balcony had an amazing view (Modern Room). There is a kebap store and restaurant on the other side of the road.

The modern rooms were a little bit pricey. But, it was a great hotel.

Hotel is located neat the train station which is extremely convenient for Zermatt trip. Staff is extremely friendly in reception or restaurant. They even went the extra mile and prepared a breakfast bag since I was departing hotel prior 7.00 when breakfast is served.

Due to its proximity of train station ''light sleepers'' might have a problem with sleeping. I would recommend changing the position of the bed in the room where I was staying and move the head rest to the opposite wall (rotate the bed for 180 degrees).

Location brilliant/convenient for Zermatt. Modern room was huge with huge bathroom (including deep bath) and balcony. Underfloor heating in bathroom. Large balcony and no train noise in room if balcony door is shut. Breakfast was great. Lots of easy dinner options across the road and 2 small supermarkets stocked with plenty of items. Large spaces and cupboards for storing clothes and cases. Armchair and small couch.

No fridge in room (but it was freezing outside so we left our cold food outside on a chair - perfect temperature!). Pillows very flat (but that seems to be everywhere in Europe!)

We had a great time in this hotel! The room and the food were amazing, and the staff were very helpful and gave us good recommendations for train and cable car tickets and on differnent possibilities when it comes to hiking around Matterhorn. The hotel is located just a short walk away from the train station, hence one can get quite fast to Zermatt - and from where there are many options to get up into the mountains and enjoy a day full of nature.

Amazing staff, very secure check in. Extremely clean! The view was breathtaking and, although I booked the budget room which is like cabin lodges, I could not believe when I saw the view (if you get lucky, you’ll get the Matterhorn view from Zermatt). My room had a balcony which was fantastic and you can smoke if you want (there was an ashtray there). It’s literally in the Täsch train station to go to Zermatt. The car park in right under the hotel and you can keep your car even after checking out and for just 10 francs. Absolutely amazing. They even have a ski room in the car park if you need space.

Just the double bed that was actually 2 beds in one… so it’s annoying.

I stayed at this hotel because I was visiting Zermatt, but couldn't drive into the town, so I chose to park here and take the train. The hotel offers underground parking, but the space is quite narrow and difficult to navigate. There is a parking fee, but hotel guests get a discount and don’t need to pay at the automated machine. The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the train station, making it easy to walk over and catch the train to Zermatt. There are also two convenience stores nearby. The room was new and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony.

The hotel should inform quest about how to pay the parking ticket.

Stayed a night here with our family of 4. Opted for Tasch considering the premium paid for stay in Zermatt, but was very happy to have taken this option. Good sized rooms, with the hotel just a minute away from the railway station. Zermatt is just a 20-minute ride from this station, making this even more attractive. Very friendly staff who let us store our luggage and use the facilities before check-in time so that we could go to Zermatt. Also guided us on the sledding slopes and options. Would stay here again for aure if we were to come back to Zermatt.

The hotel is located very close to the station, which was convenient for travelling into Zermatt each day. Room was well serviced and clean. Balcony and outdoor furniture was nice to have, though it could have been a bit cleaner. Staff were helpful, and we were given cups and milk and used the urn in the foyer for hot water.

Room was in the oldest part of the hotel and was a traditional swiss chalet type room with very basic facilities. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Train noise at night and early in the morning was annying at time. .

The location is superb, being conveniently located next to the train station, which makes it incredibly easy to reach Zermatt (train every 15 minutes until midnight). It's best to pick the modern superior rooms in the newer section of the Chatel. I was very pleased with my room, which was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. With trains running nearby, you will have an exceptional view of the mountains and waterbody passing through. You can go for a walk in the opposite direction near the camping area in the early morning and enjoy the tranquility. The supershops coop, avec and Migros are nearby.

Restaurant choices in Tasch are limited and close early. There is only one fast-food kebab shop and a few restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet option of the hotel could be more diverse.
